No doubt the food is delicious . Waiters must be literate. The current attitude of the waiters is not right. Hotel staff needs updating. The kitchen needs to be further cleaned. Hopefully the hotel owners will be able to manage everything.

Excellent eating experience from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful. Stopped in for dinner. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Ordered a steak dinner. It was tender and well seasoned. Always nice when a restaurant succeeds because of its staff and not in spite of it. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiter. I had lunch with some of my colleagues at Al Shafi Hotel. I had the wedge salad it was delicious. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. This place knows how to satisfy their clients. Always with a super nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, always delicious and clean. ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST RESTAURANT FOR LUNCH & DINNER!!!! WE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! We ate several times at the Al Shafi Hotel, because the food was so good. Group of six of us for a late dinner. Plenty of menu options and service was very good. Food was delicious and we were happy to have leftovers to take home.

Recently visited last night. The meal and services are very good. Taste is much much better. I really enjoyed. I recommend anyone especially for the hostal boys came and enjoy the best meal in affordable price.
