Cricket stadium..It is situated in the middle of Gujrat city ...it is near to busiest and main Kachehry chowk ...there are always some teams playing cricket and practicing...at the morning many citizens come to there for a walk and jogging...every big event by govt conduct there ...but in rainy season or after heavy rain you can't go into the stadium.. maybe it would be full of water

Other than that it has hosted a total of 14 grade II matches and one first class match. It is the home ground of Gujrat cricket team and Gujrat Under-19s. Zahoor Elahi Stadium was previously known as the Horse show Ground. The reason behind this name was a horse show which was held here annually till the late nineties. It was rebuilt during the years 2001 and 2002. After the renovation in March 2002 Horse showground was renamed as Zahoor Elahi Stadium to honour the late politician Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi. Zahoor Elahi Stadium has never hosted an international match and as of now it is not recognized as a First-class ground either by Pakistan Cricket Board thus it no longer hosts first-class matches however it has served as home ground for Gujrat cricket team in a number of other tournaments including Inter-district senior and under-19 tournaments. Industrial Exhibition The stadium has also been the host to all 6 Industrial exhibitions conducted by Gujrat chamber of commerce annually. Charity Matches More than a couple of charity matches have been held at Zahoor Elahi Stadium. Such as a T20 exhibition match on 4 May 2012 saw a number of international cricketers such including former captain Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Imran Nazir, Abdul Razaq, Kamran Akmal and Umar Akmal. Another such match in July 2014 saw huge attendance. Punjab Youth Festival Zahoor elahi stadium is recognized as a sports facility by sports board Punjab and it regularly hosts competitions which are part of Punjab youth Festival.[ Other Sports The Ground often hosts local Kabaddi matches. Dirty and pathetic state of stadium when I visited it on 20th December 22.

Very good and crowded place for sports. It was not under use for long time ago. But now for the first time international sports comes to Pakistan. For the first time in history Pakistan is hosting kabbadi world cup 2020 and some of match is also organized in Gujrat zahoor elahi stadium.

Indeed, Zahoor Elahi Stadium is a great place to support. which provides sports facilities to the people of Gujarat and its surroundings.

It's ok kind of place good for walk and save as all well I mean it's secure no snatching issues but after rain it's horrible after rain it's like swimming pool you can swim 😁

outside stadium. there are many shops of books, travel. agency, sports shop also the pepsi traders and restaurants, however the stadium. is well good for walk exercise and events

This stadium is named after a prominent politician from Gujrat, Pakistan National Cricket Team players have also played here.There are stairs for cricket fans to sit here. And there are three wickets where cricket play.

A vast and comprehensive cricket ground of District Gujrat, but there has no still a single international cricket match held here.

This stadium is big enough to play cricket like international level I think.
