Extremely
pathetic
experience
of
my
family
and
I
had
at
Sambros
hospital
karachi.
Our
newborn,
only
2.5
months
old,
was
diagnosed
with
meningitis,
and
the
entire
ordeal
was
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
The
doctors
diagnosed
the
condition
and
proceeded
with
multiple
tests,
constantly
assuring
us
of
improvement
after
each
report.
However,
our
baby
was
kept
unconscious
throughout,
and
to
our
shock,
after
exhausting
all
tests,
we
were
informed
that
the
MRI
machine
was
unavailable,
forcing
us
to
seek
treatment
elsewhere.
Not
only
did
this
result
in
a
worsening
condition
for
our
child,
but
the
doctors'
lack
of
clear
communication
and
professionalism,
especially
from
Dr.
Sami
and
Nuzhat
Sultana,
added
to
the
distress.
Instead
of
providing
answers,
we
were
simply
told
to
take
our
baby
to
another
hospital,
leaving
us
in
a
state
of
panic.Now,
other
hospitals
are
not
agreeing
to
admit
our
baby
because
the
situation
is
severe.
It's
really
upsetting
and
stressful
for
us.
Furthermore,
the
financial
aspect
was
equally
disheartening.
We
were
instructed
to
purchase
medicines
worth
60k/Rs.
in
four
days,
but
the
summary
only
accounted
for
20k,
and
receipts
were
not
provided.
Attempts
were
made
to
withhold
original
test
reports
and
bill
receipts,
adding
to
the
overall
lack
of
transparency.
This
experience
has
left
us
deeply
troubled
and
dissatisfied
with
the
standard
of
care
at
this
hospital.
Now
very
hardly
we
got
admitted
our
baby
in
Jinnah
Hospital.
