Preface - I am used to British KFC and it's quite different to what you get in Pakistan. I got a zinger burger meal with a chicken piece, and a box which had hotshots, wings and tenders. The crunch was heavenly and the flavour was spectacular. There was flavour throughout the chicken, it was tender and cooked well. The burger was a little lackluster , I feel it was a little too dry for me and the chicken piece didn't entirely fill the burger. However it was very tasty. I prefer the wings in the UK (hot wings) , but the ones here were pretty good as well. I would definitely eat here again , with such an extensive menu there's plenty left for me to try!

Masha Allah unique and co-operative staff. I go for lunch with my friends. Even in charge is female but she is also very humble and co-operative to customers as well as to her staff. She bear a very good behavior. There's lack of taste in some items but overall staff behavior and items are taste worthy.

Today visited the outlet for pickup order. The air conditioning system was not working properly. The whole place was hot. The temperature of Karachi was 36 and without proper Airconditioner it was very uncomfortable. The order taking system was too slow. Only one person attending the rush hour. The waiting time over 40 minutes. I visited the eating areas all were hot and uncomfortable.

I love KFC a lot. It’s a go to place for me whether it’s for dine in or delivery, whenever I’m running out of options what to order I always prefer kfc. Their economical deals are admirable and affordable. Their quality and taste and importantly delicious food makes me to consistently connected with KFC.

Best in town, best in service specially after the movement of hiring people with disabilities but this KFC branch needs little more ambience in the environment, good music system

I visited the outlet in June for dine in, it was a family outing and we enjoyed our meal. it was almost full although there was a big line in front of counters to place orders. but the service was not too late. food was awesome and it was comfortable. temperature was so chilling that every one bite was delicious due to the a combo of the chilling enviorment and the hot food. I enjoyed with my family student

Fries were not hot and were tasteless and the drinks were not cold, ice cream was also not available. So didn't enjoyed even a single moment there. When we were leaving, we decided not to come in this restaurant again.

Food quality was excellent as always. Mr. Masroor did great help in menu selection and services. Highly recommend.

It is a good place to visit if you have a food craving for early dinner. Expectation from the food from KFC is now average. Play area was there so kids can play around.

They need to work on the ambiance. The ACs are not properly working and seats are too congested. Especially at the rush hours it gets too hot inside the restaurant that it feels like sitting at a dhaba

Previously I rated this branch 4 star because of good service and food quality but today I had a very bad experience. I don't want to recommend this branch specially on weekends. They don't have enough resources to deal high traffic situation and it results in substandard service, bad behaviour, and poor hygiene environment.. Which is not KFC definitely!! I am devoted KFC customer since it started in Pakistan and I always provide my constructive feedback so I can enjoy same service and taste. I am hoping someone from KFC management read my feedback and take necessary action to improve their customer experience at this branch. Thanks

Ordered the deal for two with zinger, fries,chicken piece and drinks. KFC never disappoints and it didn't this time either. Place is always a little too crowded at night.

Small place but peaceful environment food stuff is good small play area for kids available so kids love to stay there it will be more facility if provide seat for nappy change in washrooms.

There is a huge customer turnout on this KFC branch which is well above its capacity This results in poor customer service and quarrel among KFC staff and customers who have to wait in long queues KFC must increase service counters tripling from current 2 and also increase done in space

Although i am really fond of their food, just because i liked it since kid and the taste is maintained yet but now i cannot gurantee about it anymore and specially dont recommend this branch just because of their service and que management is worst. For instance their system is not being utilised well. You cant figure out your order detail on screen.

I usually go to the KFC North Nazimabad branch, but this time, I passed by this branch, assuming it would be the same as the North Nazimabad branch. However, I was wrong. As soon as I entered, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly and there was a strange smell in the air. There was a long queue to place an order, and the person taking orders was ignoring customers and talking to her colleagues and looking around. The food was cold and the fries were oily, as if they had been double-fried. I will never go to this branch again.

Service is fast, taste was really amazing, but space is less for sitting and play area. When I visited on this day, AC was not working it may work regularly I guess..

The place is about to be shut down I think. AC wasn't working. Water falling from roof. Aside from that relatively clean and food was ok.

I was always a KFC Pakistan fan but after what have been consistently happening my opinion has changed ..recently i have been scammed twice my KFC as I ordered a 9 price bucket and was given a bucket filled with 4 skinny wings, they are doing this more often and charging us the regular price ...we expect a full bloody chicken. An then their customer service was so slow and useless ....I'm very disappointed

A super mismanaged branch with no crowd control and bad service. The process of ordering to getting your food take about an hour everytime. Needs better management.

The food is always served hot and sizzling here, the staff is cooperative and very active. They gave a small play area for kids, and a nice sitting area to eat as well. Their zinger and chicken is very popular in Pakistan and no one can beat their taste. This branch specifically is located in Gilberg, in a calm place. You can easily find a parking spot for your vehicle. This brand was introduced in Pakistan around 20 years ago or may be older than this but always 10/10 for their quick service. They have kid friendly menu for your little ones. And as dine-in is open in Karachi, you can enjoy food their.

One of the Greatest experience I've ever had. I ordered a Kentucky burger from KFC (FB Area branch) and they did a rookie mistake of not putting the lower bun of the burger which was quite disappointing. Well i made it right by buying a bun from a local shop and ate it peacefully. After that i decided to give a feedback so i phone called the kfc helpline and told them that they forgotten a bun on their burger and they delivered another burger within a short time of half n hour at my doorsteps for free.

I loved the food. Of course everyone loves KFC but what compelled me to spare some time and write a review is the fact that they have a very professional and cooperative staff. I visited the restaurant with my friend and the staff approached us quickly. We ordered food and, we were surprised by their quick service. Usually KFC takes some time to prepare and serve the meal but perhaps because of lockdown they prepared it immediately. We had a great experience over there and would love to visit the place again.

Staff was really awesome. I'd never seen such compromised smiling staff in any food chain. Well mannered, cleanliness, environment and yeah served fresh hygiene KFC Yummilicious Burger and Crispy chicken.

The experience wasn't good at all A nine piece bucket was purchased but when we count the pieces they were 8 Though upon brining it to their Manager's notice he provided me one more but out of those 9 pieces 2 pieces was badly smelling as it was not fresh or expired We spend huge money just because we need to have hygiene and healthy food which I think was found compromised in this branch outlet. Sitting is also an issue in this branch during peak hours Now it's up to you either to visit or try something else

Without any doubts one the best chicken variety and tastes in town. They are literally chicken expert and their world famous Zinger Burger is no one can match with. Yummy, tasty and crunchy. Fried chicken is also very good and tasty and kids usually like that but my favorite their Corn on the Cob which is always difficult to find but if I find one, I always taste that. Their home delivery is service is the best and they are pioneer in this. They usually have some sort of deals in which you can huge amount of burgers and chicken with cold drinks which is the best thing to get I think. Highly recommended for chicken lover because it is truly finger lickin good

The fact that KFC has a whole branch dedicated to people who can’t hear or speak. They should be appreciated for this effort. Besides that, their all the workers are super sweet and really hardworking. I regularly visit their F B Area block 6 branch. I'm too much satisfied with their service, quality and environment. I much recommend this place to all.

I have ordered 2 family fastival and 1 crispy duo box. There are 2 zinger n 2 chicken pieces. Instead of zinger burgers thy gave me 4 chicken pieces after 1 hr of waiting. Drinks r also not chill. And no fries. Pathetic services.

Just wasted two hours hours waiting for an order that was cancelled and this is the third time this has happened to me. If your branch closes at a specific time than maybe don't take orders after that. Could have easily ordered from another place if I knew it was closed. I even got a confirmation message that my order was placed. I mean seriously come on KFC.
