Fees is most economical just Rs350. Parking is easy. But they have no proper trainer for gym. However aerobics and Yoga are done by certified trainers. A nice gym with good machinery and equipment. Trainers are not that experienced but for a mediocre trainings these are fine, however for real professional training you need someone else. Surely the pricing is also match the standards they are providing and they are quite reasonable in this regard. Location is good and reachable to huge population nearby. Haji abdur rahman sahab was a dedicated and loyal Pakistani who loved and built this great health and sport facility... he was a true Pehelwan and wrestler himself... spent time with famous Nasir bholu pehelwan as i remember. He used to deliver live speech in gym... "اے اللہ کے بندو، اے نبی پاک والو، میری بات غور سے سنو!. 17 سے 27 سال۔۔ اپنی صحت کا خاص خیال رکھو۔۔۔" It was his style ... always delivered positive messages to the youth.
