I last visited Carrefour about 7 months ago and even before that when it was known as hyperstar.Carrefour has about the same prices of their competitors Imtiaz but they are beaten in some catagories. A lot of the problem with carefour is pointed out to be limited items in categories which is already large but their inventory is not as big as Imtiaz being in store inside a mall. I would prefer Carrefour over the staff and aisle navigation and the vastly better layout with the convenience of it being in a already large shopping mall.

I went there looking forward to get all the gluten free options I used to get at Carrefour in Oman but was very disappointed. I was informed that there are import limitations so I guess not really their fault. Just wish the local options then would then step up and be good. For example, I bought blocks of Dairy Fresh cheddar and mozzarella, they are rubber-like sticky cheese product inside, not real cheese.

Third class... never found anything that was needed. Neither the table mats nor the knives. Perfumes no, shoe polish no, electrical extension no, warm savers no. B grade fruits and veggies. None required brand or item is available. They never clear their shelves, all old stuffs are still on shelves. Very pathetic.

Very good experience but they have maintained only an average quality. You do not go there to get something of high quality. Mobile section needs to be improved, they have only lower end sets and the prices are not market competitive. The highlight of this store for me is sugar cane juice (گنے کا رس) in a cleaner environment.

After closing of Airlift it was hard to believe on others. Now I order ration through Carrefour Application, it's convenient for me. Their donuts are so yummy, just in rupees 100. They should add more variety in their app same as the variety of things they have in their stores.

It is looking good with nice setting of products, but vegetables and fruits section need more compliance to maintain also my advice to store management to remove low quality spice from site, it looks very basic quality most contain dust of spices. Food section must use hygiene protocol as all staff using normal clothing, Carrefour quality management must revisit and maintain the standard or other shut n close this section. Staff were very welcoming, nice gesture.

Carrefour is convenient but expensive as compare to other super stores. It used to be an excellent place but now it is losing its spot. Even today I saw a bee inside the rack of donuts when o complained they immediately took the action but still. They are losing the name like metro. You can have almost every grocery item but little expensive as compare but one stop store is better.

All the toys are expensive from the market almost 30% additional.
