this is what happened I called at 4 told them i want to be at home at 7sharp they okay maam You can come by 6pm. I reached on time masooma in kda branch was doing my hair firsty her attitude was very non professional talking around wasting time i told her i am in a hurry secondly no hygiene she was opening the hairpins using her mouth.who does that? That too in renowned saloon . Thirdly she was very harsh with my hair burnt by scalp did loose curls then opened them was trying to tie a bun but coudnt then she called neha for help neha was nice professional she knew what she was doings,masooma on the other hand didnt know what she was doing she didnt know how to do it then why was she assigned this task? It took me 1 hr 45min to get that hair bun done which in the end i told neha that please you do it cuz i am getting late Overall i was satisfied with the hairdo but i was late also my experience was terrible with massoma and her non professional attitude ,wasting time ,opening the hair pins using her mouth,burning my scalp ,treating my hair harshly my hair are literally burnt i am so disappointed with pengs.

Kiran baji is really good with hair and has a calming personality. The rest of them are excellent at MISCOMMUNICATION. 3 people quotes 3 different prices for one service!! Are they really working in the same salon! Terrible attitude, and they keep giving you reasons for different prices which do not make sense and are not given written in their price list card. Kindly, be clear in your price quotation according to what is written on your price list.

Really disappointed with my blow-dry. Usually very happy at their Clifton branch but the KDA branch was really disappointing. I asked for heat protection serum on my hair as I have sensitive hair, and she said she would keep low heat on the drier... She didn't. My ends are frayed and crinkly from being burned. Also I have sensitive skin and had to repeatedly ask for her to be careful about it but she wasn't and got some other serum on my face. Not used to bad experiences from Peng's. Ended up paying over 2000 ruppees for a blow-dry that didn't last even one day, and burned hair.

I recently visited the KDA branch of Peng for a haircut and unfortunately, I'm quite dissatisfied with Mr. Ali's service. Despite clearly communicating that I've had a hair transplant and requested a simple fade on the sides, he used a low-number machine, resulting in a disappointing outcome. Additionally, the charges seem excessively high and not commensurate with the quality of service provided

I went to KDA branch on 30th December 2023 for manicure and pedicure. I was quite disappointed by the results. The nail colour chipped off from most of my finger nails in less than 6 hours and one of the nail was chipped off as well. Never going to recommend to anyone

I had heard good reviews and therefore took a few visiting relatives from the US to this establishment. Unfortunately, the service was poor and I was left embarrassed by recommending this place. They have potential, if they can work to train and upskill their staff.

A good experience

I'm writing on behalf of my sister who had a discouraging visit to Peng's Women's Salon. Despite confirming her appointment, she arrived to find it wrongly assigned to someone else, leading to unnecessary delays. The staff's indifferent response to this error was disheartening, making her feel undervalued. Additionally, the quality of the products used was below expectations, contrary to the salon's promises of using premium brands, which resulted in an unsatisfactory service outcome. This visit did not meet the basic expectations of professional service and product quality, leaving her unlikely to return or recommend Peng's Women's Salon.

Extremely disappointed with the pedicure. The lady didn't remove the dead skin properly so my heels are still rough. She also filed my nails too deep into the nail bed that it feels sore and hurt.

Extremely disappointed. Went in for root touch up but got charged 12,000 (+ more) bucks since the roots were a little over an inch. Wouldn't have been an issue but the fact that they charged me for a full head of hair for coloring slightly over an inches, didn't even offer to color the entire thing nor did they inform me that i was getting charged for a full head is disgusting behavior. Apart from that Mariam did an awful job at it. Was left with patchy grey hair bits all over. She some how managed to mess up a simple single color touchup. Apart from that they charged Rs. 2200 separately for washing the hair color off and a simple blow dry without any styling. Never in my 30 years I've heard anyone charge separately for shampooing or drying the hair after color! Should've been part of the process since you're charging 12,000 bucks for the damn hair color. Wont ever be visiting again.

I really liked there services, such as hair color and styling. Very economical and of good quality as compare to it's competitors. Also the staff is really respectful and responsible.

Made an appointment 2 days before and was getting messages for reminders on arriving I was told I had an appointment for only 1 person not two. I choose not to make my day more miserable.

Very average manicure pedicure experience. They accommodated me very last minute so I’m very appreciative of that. But services were subpar and overpriced than most places. Staff was physically harsh during the process too. Super bummed

- Peng's kda is amazing. I got OPI pedicure done from Saima here and manicure was great too. Also, I got a haircut done from their junior hairstylist- Kiran. This is a high end salon but it's really worth the money.

The facilities are nice period. HAIRCUT BY ZEENAT SENIOR STAFF at rs 5500:She did a horrible job of layering my hair it became a shoulder length mess with no pronounced layers it looks like either Abida Parveens hair or Aziz Mia qawals !!!!!and believe me when I say I am not very picky and for last 15 years have had haircuts in layers at various salons….and also tipped her generously for this lousy job with the hair and the Guinot facial FACIAL at rs 12500:also done by Zeenat was a strange experience as her cell phone continuosly rang loudly and she left many a times to collect needed stuff for the facial and stayed away for long periods she did good facial massage but the cell phone and absences were not relaxing Talked about her trainings from Far East arranged by Pengs which in my opinion was wasted training !!!!!!judging by her hair cutting an somewhat disregard of the customer I will never go back !!! Bleached my entire hair for a light brown colour and charged me 18k regardless of a 20 percent discount. Later I reached out to fix my hair because the colour was very orange and blonde. Never mentioned any policy regarding being a week late and later quoted 10k more for fixing their own mistake. Extremely bad experience

Best haircuts in town, the staff is well trained. Cheryl and maryam are top notch if you are considering a haircut. Overall services are also very good
