Great gym with top notch quality equipments , imported machine and highly qualified trainers . Highly recommended

Very well designed Gym with state of the art latest equipment. Building itself has a vintage feel as its an old construction but well maintained. Trainers are great, cooperative and professional.

They have a glute bridge machine which is a sign of a good gym as well as back extension, seated hamstring curl machine and all the usually regular machines as well. Am quite happy with it

Although this is one of the top fitness gyms in Karachi they should however think about how they can expand space or even move to a bigger place as it's become pretty crowded especially during post office hours.

Been using this gym on my trip to Karachi. The staff is very nice, was so easy to signup and use their facilities. Gym is very clean, has sauna and steam room. They also provide you free face towels, bath towels etc.

One of the finest gym in K-town!! They have all the equipments you need for training.There are on floor trainers ready to assist you and if you want you can hire them for your personal training. This is one of the places in the city which have both suana and steam bath! You can also get a healthy drink from its Octa Bar. Only thing is its membership ; with all these facilities you have to pay a registration fee which i guess is over 10k and then a monthly fee of 12k.

Cardio area is well equipped and spacious. Weights area has some good equipment but can get overcrowded very easily. The PTs should avoid bunching togehter as it seems a little clique Easy to get your ost workout protein and other food. Good value for money as well

I wish that a swimming facility should be there but understand that space limitations are major issue. Rest is good and satisfied. Added - Jan 15: This is my advise to all specially who hires Trainer for their fitness only. Start from cardio exercise and never go to heavyweight lifting even guided by Trainer. It is regardless to join any high end gym. Some times experienced trainer can instruct for heavy weightlifting or exercise that can result internal injuries. So be careful first 2 months according to your age and body physics.

Extremely well maintained gym with all top of the line facilities necessary for any strength training or cardio workout imaginable. Staff and owner are very friendly and highly recommend the gym to anybody in the area!

Gym is very good but i think its congested for me , cross fit section is good , staff and trainer look cooperative , its good for people near by to this gym , i give 5 star cuz people like it very much but for me strength area is very small which i dont like it
