One of the biggest gym in the Kaneez Fatima Society area. Loads of machines, a huge area to work out. Gym goers are mature here, so that's a plus. Opens 7am to 11pm. Has indoor pool also and cardio gym seperately.

It's a wonderful gym, very suitable for people living in Kaneez Fatima Society, Shah Bungalows and Gulistan Society of Scheme 33. It has a swimming pool which is good for area where there are less recreational spots in vicinity.

No smoking, neat and tidy gym. Well maintained and decent environment. Excellent machines. Fee is a bit high than other gym in this area. But facilities are great.

This one use to be a good gym but now its very crowded.

Although the gym is certainly spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary machines, it is unfortunate that the employees and staff members exhibit an unwelcoming and unpleasant attitude towards the patrons. Their behavior comes across as arrogant and morose, which can be discouraging for those who visit the gym for a positive and uplifting experience.

I went for swimming pool. It's better than other along fee is reasonable.

It's a good swimming pool for the price but still all the shower are broken and the water wasn't clean to the standards.

Poor cleanliness, in addition to this the staff misbehaves (and is obsinate) if questioned about the last time the pool was properly cleaned and I even saw one if them put waste water in the pool. Not at All recommended.

Its a normal gym and there's not all exercises machines are available but all dumbles are available and there's a not enough trainer for beginner.

Public Dealing should be improved.. over all good experience

It is a better option for gymming in the area. Quite a bit reasonable environment.
