Yesterday i spent the worst 13 hours of my life at this god forsaken hospital! The nursing staff is ill mannered, incompetent and amateur. Nobody was following proper Covid SOPs, NO ONE. The staff coming in the hospital did not bother to wear masks or sanitize their hands. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and unhygienic. The patient had an incident while changing her clothes, where there was a lot of blood oozing out of one of the stitches. The staff had no equipment readily available to clean the wound and stop the blood. The nurse on duty came up with the brilliant idea of putting pressure on the wound with the CONTAMINATED HOSPITAL QUILT! I had to wait 20mins to for the gauze and cotton to be available for the patient who was in distress with the blood still flowing out of her wound while ironically the hospital’s pharmacy is just down the stairs!! Upon inquiring what was taking the nurses so long to fetch a piece of gauze and tape, the nurses were BUSY having BLOODY BIRYANI! Mind you the hospital was EMPTY! The rooms were EMPTY and yet the staff was still uncooperative and inattentive! I had to resort to shouting and running after the nurses and managers to get the paramedical staff to look after the patient! This horrific incident is one of the many i had to face during the course of 13 hours spent at this hospital. Who ever above has given 5 stars to this hospital and it’s facilities must have been paid by the owner to do so because no sane human in his/her right mind would deem this hospital and it’s “so called” facilities good!

What a fantastic health care facility located in calm location of DHA phase 8! It is a thorough hospital having all essential faculties, laboratory and diagnostic services under a single umbrella. The hospital is on network of major insurance companies. Spacious parking available. Staff is friendly and very alert. All rooms are air conditioned and have sufficient furniture for attendants too. Somtimes, look like more of a hotel than hospital 😅

Bayview hospital is very good hospital there is staff and doctors very reliable and experience holders And my advice to you is to treat your patients from there

I used their emergency twice. Find professional expert doctor and staff was really competent. Thu the hospital is small and does not take many patients but still it fills the purpose. The parking is an issue as they don't have proper parking place. The thing which missed out was emergency parking.

Dr. Sadia Saif is an exceptional orthodontist specialist. I received my invisalign treatment from her. The process has been quite challenging and is still ongoing in its final stages. I faced significant Vitamin D deficiency and a wisdom tooth infection during this journey. She promptly identified these concerns and provided appropriate treatment. Bay View hospital situated at av.good place with full parking place .it has all facilities including ICU Emergency and elective surgeries as well as a caring reception and very experienced Doctors and good emergency opd💖💖💫👌

I have a very mixed experience of this place. Their emergency is good, and the doctors in the emergency area are really nice and empathetic. If you need to meet a specialist, then they are usually on call and you will have to wait (usually more than what they commit) before you can actually meet a consultant. I got a few tests done in their laboratory a couple of years ago. I got the same tests done at AKU 12 hours later. The tests from both hospitals were nothing alike. Bayview's report said I was fine and perhaps pretending to be unwell (I had a fever of 103) while the AKU report said I needed urgent medical attention. Maybe the lab has improved since then but I haven't asked them for any test since that time The worst is their pharmacy. You will be lucky to find the medicine you are looking for. If by chance they do have the medicine, then keep an eye on their pricing. They don't offer the usual x% discount that all pharmacies offer (I'm not sure why this is a norm) and if you ask the manager or someone else then they will offer you some discount.

I took my mother for high BP to ER this morning. I am very impressed by the cleanliness, hospitality of staff right from helper boy to ER doctor. Doctor on duty had good comprehension of ECG. Very nominal charges. No compulsory money extorting tactics. Hope it continues to operate in the area.

A very neat, clean and spacious Hospital which is good for living and spending time but the quality of medical care is not up to the mark. The number of Doctors, specialists and nurses is quite inadequate. Not good for emergencies. However if permanent medical care is needed, it is better than your homes here. The administration should pay some heed to enhance its quality a little

Was given an appointment for the 4th of June. As I hadn't been here before I called again the next day to confirm and was told that my appointment was fixed on the 4,th of June at 12pm On the 4th morning just about when we were to leave I again called the hospital and asked for confirmation of my appointment. I was surprised to hear that my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm If I had not called I would have had to wait for 2 hours. And they wonder why there is no business

The expensive with zero customer services, the staff doesn't have the telephone etiquettes , whenever i call they just listen and put the phone down without answering your question and message but i had to call them several times because i paid the consultation fee which was also high so I needed few information from doctor's consultation, but they made me wait for about two weeks and no response from the doctor, they should hire a professional team specially to the front desk counter.... Definitely not going back again.
