Poor customer service. Seems like they don’t need business. ICC should cancel their rites as an official travel agent. Will take up this matter with ICC too. First I spoke to hamza, he gave Vijay phone number. I called him, he gave me to faiz. Now come faiz, everytime I called him, he said sorry will call you back or say how can I help you. Then I called hamza again that faiz is not responding, Faiz was in the background said loudly to hamza tell him I m busy I don’t have time. I asked Vijay please pass on number of owner. Now owner came in picture his name is fayzal. I called him no answer then his audio message came to me and asked how can I help you. I sent Audio message as well and informed him all that situation, instead of getting on phone he brushed me off like his management and said please send email for all your inquiry we cannot talk over the phone. I wonder how they run the business. Guys avoid going to them. I don’t think they Australia t20 tickets and they want to promote their other business of group travelling. Not trust worthy At all

The most pathetic n non professional people, i have ever come across. Almost 2 weeks back i contacted them for a group trip, firstly their rep did not bother to reply on watsapp n used to get lost after salam. Then after almost 2 weeks they had the guts to slap their pathetic generic plan on my face as if they were doing some sort of bloody favour. If such is their conduct during booking process then God knows whats going to happen during trip. NOT AT ALL ADVISABLE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY.

This is the worst travel agency that you can use. All they are interested is in their fees they do a cookie cutter stack of of travel papers and send them like a dump to the embassy. With no cover letter and purposes of visit. Their visas get rejected in bulk.

Excellent experience with Deluxe Travels in my last Baku Tour . Owners of travel agencies usually don't even bother of individual tours or any urgent query but owner of Deluxe Holidays Fazal Bhai is a man of his words, in just 2 3 days he arranged tickets, tours , visa everything Ma shaa ALLAH and everything was exactly same as he mentioned , thank u very much brother .Allah Talah bhut barkat day apkay rizq main . I m currently in group They are farud ; in our package they promise that we will give hot air balloon now they are giving lame excuses like wind problem and weather problem and we have confirmed from other sources its fake excuse all local travel agent and other pakistani travel agent giving this service in same city. In our package they take almost PKR 40,000 for Hotair ballon and now they are returning us only PKR 10,000. #Not recommended at all #bycot_deluxe_holidays

I recently visited Lebanon in a group tour arranged by Deluxe Holidays. I had a good experience in Lebanon from hotel ,transport ,food , tours all were organised very well. The tour guide Fadia Matar was a wonderful and very friendly lady.Lebanon is a small country with a relatively small pool of tourist activities but Deluxe Holidays with their co- Partner arranged the trip amazingly. Good Job!

TRAVEL WARNING with Deluxe Holidays! Turning a vacation into a nightmare is exactly what I experienced this time when these so called tour operators put in a Group Tour for Albania. Here are the highlights of this pathetic experience: NO group leader to begin which caused us quite a lot of problem at the airports. So called 4star property was probably on major discount as no concierge no water and no service in room ! Top this with 10 hour of transit at DXB each way. Oh another thing when my bag did not arrive at KHI airport i asked agent assistance and got a call and after that since then i struggled to get my baggage back and collected from the airport. Till date no call or message to ask about my baggage. So travelers PLEASE if you opt to go cheap without quality Deluxe is for you but for those who expect value for money and who work hard for taking a decent break Deluxe Holidays is the wrong choice for you!

High level Villa. This was by far one of the best short term rentals weve stayed at. Excellent customer service and an awesome property for our group of ten. The whole group had a great time. Would appreciate the manager Saad for being so friendly, really got along with us.

I had one the best trip of my life in these difficult times thanks to such passionate and hardworking team of deluxe holidays, I say this cause not only they planned my trip to perfection, they also had backups of backups, our trip was corona insured, we knew exactly what to do and what not, they were available 24|7 for us, they responded to all our additional requests and tantrums, basically we had such great time, cause we knew theyhad our backs! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Do not offer them any advance money they will tell you that they want to apply your visa and your airline ticket is confirmed and pay them half of the money and later there is this possibility that they will hold the money for days and weeks and will tell you sorry we couldn't book the flight and we will refund you. After weeks of wait they will refund your amount after deduction of visa cost. Why would you lie about the airline ticket being booked and when its not I'm so disappointed my important time of weeks is wasted because of deluxe

I went to Baku on a group tour with Deluxe Holidays. The overall experience was amazing and the company delivered on what they promised. The hotel was quite good and the food they served (both the local cuisine and the Pakistani food) was very delicious.
