Good experience. The staff was highly trained and professional. My 15 month furry pet got knots all over it's body. They shaved it's fur with care and I was impressed by the results. However, it's better to go there with an appointment otherwise, will have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs.

Totally pathetic management and people. All they do is make excuses for no delivery. They committed to deliver on specific day, then made excuses for delays. Subsequently had a discussion and they make a firm comittment to deliver next day before 12 pm. When I still received no order or update I was informed by their unprofessional owner of another excuse, who did not have any information on my discussions with her staff. They knew I wanted delivery by 12 pm as I wanted to gift someone the ordered items who were leaving after 12. This is why the guy I spoke to committed to deliver before 12 pm. They did not deliver and did not even have the common decency and courtesy to call to let me know that they are unable to deliver. I was hoping to establish a good working relationship with these people as I need pet supplies on regular basis. But their unprofessional and frustrating mismanagement has disappointed me greatly. Never ordering from them again.

I've ordered couple of accessories from their website but no response. It's been over a week and they don't bother about it. Won't recommend to order something from them. Edit: I've called them multiple times and they didn't pick it up or call me back while here trying to be innocent. Have some guts and accept your mistake.

Slightly disappointed! I ordered different items from here and the total bill was 1456. When the parcel reached home rider asked for 1700. They didn't add delivery charges at the time of taking order. I request THE PET SHOP to please be transparent with your loyal customers 🙂 I don't get any call for confirmation , he called me when he is in my area looking for my address so please next time try to add your rider fee in total of the Bill thankyou.

Awesome place and the way staff gave guidelines was great ... I have never seen salesman focus on sale instead they gave me only the essential items I needed for my kitten - highly recommended - will visit again soon

Not a good experience at all. I had ordered a hoody for my dog (there is no size chart on the website) so considering her to be a toy breed I ordered a small size. When I received it and opened it, it was way too small so I packed it as it is and called the helpline mentioned on the website. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and told me that it was my fault for ordering a wrong size and that I should have called and gotten their size chart since it is not provided on the website. It is okay that they do not exchange but blaming and being rude is not acceptable. And secondly the item is still new it has not been used so I don't understand why it cannot be exchanged. It was my first and last experience. NEVER RECOMMENDING OR ORDERING FROM HERE.

Me and my Cat had his first grooming session here today. Amazing people and super professional. My bratty cat was dealt with in a very loving and caring way. His haircut is so fresh, he can win any pet shows out there. Highly Recommended!! +++rep

Pet shop is very nice but shop area is small, every food and accessories are available, triming of hairs for cats are also there.

Shop is probably portion of a house. Open from 1300 to 2100 hours. Friday closed. Reasonable collection of cat and dog food and accessories.

Nothing bad can be said about this place. Only well wishes n prayers for them to succeed...

Please remove the person who is responsible for attending calls and booking appointments. His unprofessional attitude will cost your business a lot. Called for more than 4 times, could not book an appointment, just delaying tactics. It's always better to convey the right information so that nobody faces any issue

It's a good shop with decently priced items.. Their collection is decent as well.. 👌 We bought a cute tie, a hoodie, a tunnel and some fancy little collars for our cat..

The guy here is very well spoken and helped me as a new pet owner. He gives good advice to first time owners. The shop has good variety of things. Loved it, will visit again for more stuff.

They have a huge variety of pet accessories & also a wide variety of pet foods available, also the staff is good & they properly guide you about things before buying.

We bought 16 packs of cat litter, They sent me through the cargo from Karachi to the Bahawalpur city, myself paid for cargo. I made payment in advance. 100% satisfied from them. Worth buying.
