Really bad customer service and poor communication. Didn't communicate wait time in advance, sent me to a different floor initially to receive services. After waiting there for 25 minutes (not due to rush or anything) I was sent downstairs again to receive services where I waited 10 more minutes. They were least apologetic about the service they were offering. As for the haircut, the person did an OK to decent job with the cut itself, but the blow dry was so unprofessional. Had to intervene and ask her to fix it. Mind it all of this is happening when I'm not a finicky person.

Extremely bad service! I wanted hair color and cut. They asked me to pay at the desk before the service - They used a poor quality color instead of the one they showed me initially giving my hair the wrong color- Instead of saying sorry and fixing it, they started saying it looks really good on you - which did not. And the hair cut was even worse - They cut so much of my hair and gave it a thin look … regret going there!

The staff apply their own thing rather than acting to what customer is asking to do. Staff is not friendly, courteous and educated. Staff should mind their own business rather than imposing their own things on the customer. Already, read about a lot of bad experiences here but it's not always the same thing all the time, but still there is a lot room of improvement. Worst ever Experience, had gone for a facial and they suggested me some whitening facial which had darken my face , not recommend it all won't go to this parlour again .

Very bad experience. Just because of time limit I visited Rose Beauty Parlour. For upper lip and Blow dry hair styling. 1st the worker continuously skin shaming me, about my skin another thing she didn’t even use any sort of heat protector, serum, or anything on my hairs. She asked me to hold all the roller brushes all the time and if I held wrong she was blaming me.

Regular customer and has membership card since last 15 years...Moderate budge with good makeup and awesome hair styles...Good services, excellent and friendly environment...

Worst services one staff was having severe cough and was coughing infront of my face it means i will buy cough and sneeze virus with facial services. I asked staff to switch to another facial massager but another staff member come and start torching why you didn't take aneela services you should take and start giving pain with hard massage techniques.. worst service ill mannered staff don't care about customer comfort and quality services.i won't use their services again 😑 stay away with these unprofessional mahrose palor gulshan block 3.otherwise you will get headache and muscle pain around neck.

I went there for a nikkah makeup n other services along with hair dye. I always go to this branch n always had a good experience. But this time I felt like I ws treated like ab ATM rather thn a returning client. Hair color ws not the 1 I asked for. Whn thy did my Nikkah makeup the base started to crack in 30 mins. I looked like a clown. Another bride had the same issue. Makeup artist don't listen to wht v need or want thy just go with their own flow. Anyways this is the last time I m going there. If I hav to throw money away anyways thn I might go some place near my home.

I went to this salon (Rose beauty parlour) got many services thats were great, but the hair treatment was terrible. I got a keratin treatment, which is a one time treatment that is meant to keep your hair straight and smooth for a few months. At first, it looked great, but just a day later it ruined my hair! It was back to being frizzy and in fact, it made the state of my hair worse. When I tried to go back to get it fixed or get a refund for being lied to, I was lied to more and denied any compensation. Atmosphere, staff and services each and everything is perfect, I just love the place.

They make u clown 🤡 you ask them to keep minimal and give natural look, they will use all their products on u to make u look funny, I literally had to wash my face and undo my hair...I asked them to give curls alone but they did 90s style backcombing along with it despite me trying to stop them. And used way lighter tone of foundation than my natural color reminded of Mulan's makeup

Services are good but not more then Najla's. Wormers doesn't have proffessionsl behaviour. They talk continously with their co werkers during pdoviding service.

So untidy mehndi and almost no stain I got it done 2 hours ago and this is the result so disappointing wasted 1000 rupees

It's all messed up staff fighting Infront of customers.no cleanliness saw Roches all over the place..hair treatment area is so pathetic Tayaba did my hair color n she didn't wash my hairs properly leaving my scalp itchy n dirty so I have to wash it properly at home even though I had my hair straight but couldn't leave them dirty .I m very disappointed by overall service specially hair area too much dirty n Roches all over the place.never gonna go again

I told them to show me keratin products they will be using and they agreed, but they didn't. No one told me which mask n shampoo to use which i figured out myself by asking friends.

They ruined my hair growth with transformation even when i asked for rebounding. I found tiny hair wavy growth on back hair when my hairs are straight and even after 2 yrs i am facing hair bunch not easily handled with even brush. Highly disappointed

Bad experience

Went for services. Very happy with soofia, shiza, mutahira, tanzeela and the girls who did my many pedi.

The management is not giving employees rest or sick leave who had eye infections they are wearing glasses and dealing with clients. Which is not appreciated.

Pathetic customer service! Lady on the reception has no manners to talk, that I could not even begin to book any service from ROSE Gulshan Block 3. Would never recommend Rose to anyone. Just another salon with pathetic staff.

Although I'm male and never use the services of Rose parlor☺ but the feedback from.the family members and friends are great. Looks very professional from the way they maintained and operate

I traveled to Pakistan from USA New York. Decided to try this salon. Very disappointed about the wait time. If you need body waxing done, DON’T GO HERE. They only have 3 spots for it. It is impossible to accommodate so many clients. My wash and blowout was ok, but the lady would not listen and continued to spray my hair with product. There is lack of staff management, and hospitality. I do not recommend this place for foreigners.

Bad experience I have done pro keratin treatment today but they only wash my hair and use a simple mask I paid 2880 for shoulder length .
