McDonald's is always fresh and has great food quality. They are consistently delivering high-quality standard food products and services to customers. This location is always busy, and the parking is not easy to find.

I would rate it among top 3 McDonald's outlets in Karachi. Big, good amount of seating capacity, cleanliness and maintained quality of food. Although they need improvement in their services specially in breakfast time. They do have McCafe and Playarea which makes it more attractive branch of McDonald's.

Located near Shell Askari 4, this is one of the oldest branches of McDonald's in Karachi Food is great as always and service is excellent. So we went to take away on a Sunday. it's pretty efficient. They have recently started celebrating culture. it was Punjab culture this time. Nice initiative, especially for our new generation 👏 as people now a days rarely have means to travel and learn. Be watchful when you receive your oder as sometimes a pattie would be missing in a burger 🍔 😋, certainly not intentional but because of work overload. 😉 Getting to drive through is not easy , but doable because of a split to main road, which is super dooper busy all the time.

Food is always hot and fresh when you dine in, if delivery then it's the other way around. cold and stale

Been there plenty of times since childhood. The place somehow satisifies the inner child, hopefully others relate to this. However, the size of their burgers have shurnken overtime. Their fries and icecream cone, on the contrary, never lost their charm. Cleanliness of the sitting area was on point, washrooms though can use some help. Staff is and always has been friendly, their service sometimes slows down a little but that is I think justified due to the packed sitting area and rush of orders. Appreciate McDonalds for celebrating culture days, went there on a Sindh culture day and found staff wearing ajraks. The parking area can use a little more space. Once there is rush, it is difficult to find parking and that also affects the traffic on the road. Their ramps make the restaurant wheelchair accessible. One of the places to go with your family and enjoy meals at reasonable rates and friendly environment.

literally the best location of McDonald's after the Seaview branch - I spent lots of time there in my uni era, it has the vibe in it.

My Experience with this outlet was pretty good. Service was good and the place was a little crowded but it was fine.

It was half cold and half hot crispy burger with atleast 20 minutes wait time for a drive through for my 1991 reciept on 26/12/2023. It tasted awful. Someone has to look into this matter to maintain the standards.

I am at McDonald’s Askari 4. And it’s 10:00am, we are here for breakfast and its very hot now…. They told us after taking order and payment that AC is off, lobby closed and you have to sit outside. Wow ….. Hot weather in Karachi and they told us this… Breakfast closure time at 11am. I can’t understand why they manipulate, why they lie. Why couldn’t they tell everything before taking order…. Manager is arguing that lobby is closed and so as AC. I called before visiting abt opening of restaurant as per situation of Karachi…. Though this McDonald is 24 hours…. We cancel our order and walked out…. They should close breakfast if can’t serve, appropriately. Truly Disappointing

Great McCafe coffee, beautiful ambience if you would like to sit outside in the evening. Would recommend coffee and chicken burgers. Beef burgers are very dry, so if you have a choice go for chicken not beef. The staff was friendly everytime and customer service was great..

Since long i have been eating it but now its taste is changed and there are other better fast food restaurant than mc donald.

I love this place. It reminds me of my hometown jedda ksa. I can purchase imported items from here. The Chocolates i love. They also provide delivery. They are authentic and reliable. They provide timely delivery and vest customer service

This visit was absolute disappointment. We went there for breakfast. I wanted hash browns, chicken sausage muffin, slice of cheesecake and iced latte. Of these 4 items only chicken sausage muffin was available. We also got to know that although they are charging us in full, we will be made to sit outside in the Karachi heat because we went there around 8 45 am and the indoor dining area opens after 10am... what nonsense... If you're offering dine in then the customers deserve to sit in any area where they want... Whether it's outdoor or indoor! However, as the outdoor dining area was full, we were allowed to sit inside but without proper air conditioning! This was the last nail in the coffin!! Never again am I going there for breakfast again!

For drive through if you have your first experience it might be somewhat awkward. They take order in hurry and sometimes don't listen completely if you take time to think. So whenever you opt for drive through do plan ahead and don't waste a single moment to get your complete order.

The experience here was not that much pleasant. They served the worst fries we ever had in McDonalds. Hard to chew. Dont know what went wrong or if the stock was not fresh enough to meet the standard of McDonalds. 4 stars are for Mr. Adnan, he made sure that we get what we paid for. He also provided icecream complementary for my Mom and Dad after knowing that it is thier anniversary. A good staff plays an important role in a success of any brand. The way he entertained my family, I just loved it. SHOUT OUT TO MR. ADNAN ♥️

This morning we visited with kids to enjoy the breakfast. Surprisingly they closed the sitting area for the dine in, instead they asked to sit in the open area. Reason was told by the staff that in morning time we have less business so we switch off the air-conditioning. Is it the McDonald's standard or high management knows about this attitude of this branch. Simply next time we will not go for the breakfast. Instead of increasing the business this branch is doing well to avoid the visit to McDonald's bf.

It's a good location and a busy branch you'll enjoy it here and the staff is very cool and sitting is good here too with both indoor and outdoor.

Food keeps getting low in quantity and quality yet price keeps going up. I used to order large meals for 800 rs for my favourite burger now the same deal costs me nearly 1400 rs and has gotten worse on overall quality and taste.

First they forgot fries in drive thru , then give me old nuggets with weird taste . Waste of money n time worst experience

McDonald's drive through breakfast was one of my favourite once upon a time. The quality is dropping everyday. Mostly they are out of available ingredients like chicken sausage muffin or hash brown. Size of coffee cup shrinking too. Disappointed

Quick and hot fresh food. If you have the app and know how to avail their offers then I'd say you're in for a treat. If not then prepare to spend more than you can handle.

Good restaurant to dine But if you are planning to order at your home there is no menu card with price you can got. Not on their website neither on application.

Mostly I order from their app portal, most the issue i face is the add-ons are not verified and are not delivered properly always an add-on missing, whenever we complain ( which is a hectic process) they always say the branch will connect with you. No one ever calls back, this is a regular issue, we paid for the add-on if it's missing refund or deliver it!!
