I personally loved this supermarket because of it's practicality It's not too big nor too small Its easy to reach since it's on the main road We did not have any issue with the parking You can find almost anything you can imagine under one roof with reasonable prices It's usually crowded so if you are allergic from stuffiness go early morning or after zuhur prayer and you should be fine.

All under one roof, its really a mega mall. Great place for grocery. Considering giving it a 3 - 4 stars but keeping in view their past performances giving it a 5 still. Now usually facing the shortages of very basic grocery items including basic pulses. Rice shortage is common now. Suggestion - They must display a map identifying the sections for easy locating the necessary items. Please improve the inventory system to keep the necessary groceries available anytime.

It is a huge Store where you can buy almost everything of your daily household needs. Their service is quiet good and itself it is a well organized store. The success story of this company dates back to 1955. Imtiaz was started as a small corner shop; with the simple idea of selling more for less, this idea has grown over the last 67 years turning Imtiaz into a retail giant on top of its game.

Nice place to shop but you due to large influx of people one should visit early morning or either end of months. This imtiaz is kind of congested, alleys are haphazardly designed no proper guide ways. Variety too is very low as compared to other imtiaz stores. Its more of super market than Mega. Average time of bill cashment is more than 20min due to rush so to avoid that shop early in day. Parking is not available which is a huge draw back. Due to basement its some time too suffocating.

Good place to shop but there check out is very busy and also they do not have price barcode scanners on the floor which can help consumers to find out the right price of the product which are not available on the racks always. I was buying a coffee and price card wasn't there also their staff wasn't aware of the price,who are standing in the section . I walk to the electronic counter and there a cashier scanned coffee. So it's hard to go again and again to get the price individually everytime and for every product.

Perfect to say "All things under one roof". Just one thing annoy is that counters are mostly crowded and it takes time to punch groceries.

It was my first and last time, IN SHAA ALLAH, did qurbani with Imtiaz. I recommend not to perform Qurbani with them. Base point is they don't let you know/see your own goat. Which you are going to sacrifice. What a joke. They are playing with your religious occasion. Stupid.

Easy to reach, but after shopping it is difficult to clear from exit counter. No special arrangements for senior citizens. Everyone has stay standing in the que.

The store is decent, but they need to provide better space to shop. It gets extremely congested. Electronic items are overly priced. WiFi should work on both floors! Apart from that, the prayer area in the basement was extremely disappointing. A staff room just across the prayer area is well lit, air conditioned and with a glass door and closed space. If they have enough budget for that they can easily provide better space for prayer!

Great experience, very vast and spacious store. Lots of variety, almost everything you could get. Parking is an issue though since they don't have their own parking space and pickup is also an issue from the exit since there's only one lane for pick up

Imtiaz is really a mega store. Spread over a huge space with all items of everyday use at home are available . From uncountable grocery items it has household items, electronic items such as refrigerators, washing machines, tvs, shaving & trimming equipments, all sorts of sports items, utensils, cleaning items, cold drinks & juices, frozen food items, all sorts of breads, medicines, vegetables and meat etc etc. The prices are reasonable. Parking is available. You have to wait longer than usual at the exit. Although there are handful of cash counters but at the same time there are long queues of people.

Good place if you want to buy everything from one mart.

As always imtiaz is amazing but one thing could be better if prices should be written on all products as many items are only with qr codes and customer have to ask staff for prices otherwise its perfect place to shop

It has almost everything I need, the imported section is quite well stocked too. They should change their trollies tho. The veggies and fruit section mostly doesn't have a discounted option compared to outside and there is also cell phone signal interference. In terms of contents it is a good place for monthly grocery

Store contains plenty of goods, grocery, crockery, medicines, and many more. But the main con of the store is the lack of responsibility of maintenance department, specially about trolleys. I almost gone there 200 times but unfortunately i didn't remember that even a single day i got the good trolley. Otherwise the store is good enough.

A really good Super Market, you will definitely be able to find what you want or something similar here. There are three floors, the basement floor is for packaged goods (imported or local), Crockery and Kitchen Utensils, Electrical Appliances and Whole Sale Food Items. The ground floor is for Medicines, Freshly Sold Foods, Refrigerated Goods and Baked Goods. The 1st Floor is for wearables, as in Footwear, Underwear, Fragrances, Accessories, Belts, Pants and Shirts etc. It's kind of a one stop shop, but you really have to be careful of the time when you are there, it passes away really fast.

used to be good but now it's full of employees at every corner trying to sell you their product and forcing you to give your number so they can later advertise you that same product on call. sometimes i just want to shop alone peacefully without someone constantly suggesting to buy a specific brand of that item. secondly, haven't seen a single checkout conveyor belt working. you have to drag your items to the cashier because the belts can't do their job

So, a strategy that manages to extract as much money from the customers as other common stores do.
