Good place to buy jewellery, Staff is supportive, ambience is good. You will get a certificate as well for the jewellery you buy. They will show you jewellery according to your budget, with patience. In the lower budget variety of jewellery is a little less.

Poor customer handling skills !!!! 👎🏻👎🏻 I have been visiting this store since 2015, but now looks like the quality of customer dealing has degraded a lot. Some of the sales persons are nearly not interested to put efforts in showing you the verity of designs, they are in rush to make you choose within the options they show to you. Moreover they wound start behaving wired if you are taking a bit of time to decide which one to go for, as in like they would show you the designs and you need to make sure you choose one immediately, can’t just take enough time to decide. I heard one of them saying “if you are unable to decide/finalise now, you will not be able to finalise one even after 20 min”. This was said when we asked to keep these selected ones aside while we are looking for other jewellery - which we also wanted to buy. This ended up me not buying anything else from the store. Can’t just expect a brand like Tanishq has such a impatient sellers. I would suggest either go to any other tanishq showroom or just try some other reputed brands.

Recently we had been to Tanishq MG road ,Gurgaon. The lady at the door the door told us there is waiting time and we were asked to wait, Our intended purchase was only a baby bangle and we waited for quite a 20 minutes even without having to see any wares. A gentle reminder about our waiting and pat came a nasty expression that we would have to wait. Her facial expression was as if she was doing us a favour. Finally after 30 minutes we went up to the counter to encounter a sales girl who did not even know the basics of gold jewelry and its sales. I asked her for an estimate with specifics and she gives me the total cost without the breakup. Disheartened we left the store and went to another south based store close by and completed our purchase. Shocked that a leading store such as Tanishq has different customer treatments in different states. We have been Tanishq customers since 2008 shopping in Chennai. Our first time shopping experience in Deli-Gurgaon has made us shy away from further entering this snobbish store.

Great place for anyone interested in jewellery , this place has two floors for women’s ornaments. The staff here are very friendly and well behaved. They welcome everyone who comes with the proper greeting. The ambience is really nice. The staff try to help by trying to find whatever you are looking for. They are very well informed. If you can’t find what you are looking for in the store, they will order it for you and give it.

I was a very happy customer from the day one of this store but today I m very disappointed my last three purchase had quality issues and now due to poor quality and poor manufacturing of product I lost the bracelet which I bought on 28 th Feb it was precious and so closed to me because it was a gift from my husband on my Anniversary.depressed and disappointed One month and I lost that precious piece because of that faulty lock disappointed .depressed will not be able to buy new product from Tanishq and will not recommend others to buy from here.

I was earlier a very happy customer of Tanishq. But I was very disappointed from my last visit. The sales person I don't remember the full name but his surname was Arya was very rude. He has 0 interest in showing the products and very time when I ask him that if there are more options plz show, he reminds me of budget and tells k ab budget hi nai h to kya lege. In the last we didn't buy anything because of him only .

Absolutely amazing staff, and beautiful designs. The help provided by staff is commendable, and this I can say based on my personal experience. Just to share the story, my parents went to the store to look for rings, and Rupali helped them with so much patience and politeness. She showed them a lot of designs, and helped them finally order the one that we liked. She’s been keeping my family posted about the whereabouts of the rings when it was in transit and sent photos when it arrived. Went to pick up something for my anniversary at the Center on MG road ggn. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kavita Biswas, the lady attending was very knowledgeable & quickly understood my preferences & showed me options accordingly. She & her team were very courteous and made the entire process a pleasant experience. Thank you Kavita! Billing was fairly quick & smooth even though there were many customers. Recently, i have got an item from Tanishq with an prior knowledge about good experience. But the experience i had with staffs at Tanishq MG road was a question on Tanishq name and fame. Did not like the behaviour of the staffs here. I had booked some amount on an item, and later i wanted to change the item for a different design. I seeked some input on the process of the exchange. But i felt the staffs were rude and passing incomplete information. I recieved a different reason of not recieving any birthday discounts and other Tanishq stores in Gurgaon had different policy. I am assuming all the policies should have been same at allTanishq store. I felt once a customer purchase something. They are not helped or guided well as expected while excahging the item 😟

I visited Tanishq store yesterday. As we, my family have an old relationship with Tanishq for over a decade now I knew what to accept and I was not disappointed. We were warmly greeted n handed over to the salesperson Ms Mona. She looked after us perfectly n satisfied all our queries. Though there was quiet a rush she very patiently helped through till the end. This is perhaps 2/3 time that Mona has helped us in our purchases at Tanishq store MG road.Since I respect The Tata’s business ethics. I am never disappointed with their this venture in the form of Tanishq. We have our trust in Tata therefore also in Tanishq. Not once they have given us the reason to regret shopping with them. Pathetic customer service. Sales staff (Mr. Kamal and woman's name I can't remember) was least interested in showing products to us. When requested for a mirror to try the product it seemed they made a HUGE favor on us. Just because of the staff I did not wish to give any business to Tanishq even though I had made my mind to buy something on occasion of Dhanteras.

Good place. I was able to melt gold and buy new gold only in 1-2 hours! Also, ver cheap. Everyone should go for it!!

I am your customer since 2016 and because of only one Sales person Mr.Nitesh who always gives his 100% for customer satisfaction. Even I am your GHS member since last 4-5 years .Like every shopping since Years It was going good But my experience turned sour when I reached at cash counter .I think they need more training for handling customer. They do not have value of customer time and having fun at counter. If I do not need any discount because of SBI card offer then Why should I give in writing . They taken in writing and wasted my time . If literally it will be repeated next time then That will be my last shopping with Your branch. Hope branch manager will look into this matter on priority and I will get prompt reply.
