I recently visited this shop and I have to say I was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The selection of jewellery was outstanding. They had a wide variety of designs from classic and timeless pieces to more modern and unique styles. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and was even pleasantly surprised by some new pieces that caught my eye. Furthermore the prices were reasonable and fair. I didn't feel like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Overall my experience at this jewellery shop was exceptional. The staff selection quality and service were all outstanding. Awesome experience for any gold/silver stuff. Customer experience is also very good. It is usually crowded as one can guess easily so try off peak hours. I am yet to check how they go by exchanging gold, i'll be trying that shortly

In my last review I mentioned that I submitted my ring for repair. Today i went there to collect the same and I cannot just tell you how disappointed I'm with their services. Basically the original design of my ring was a rotating flower attached with butterfly. But after repair they've made it a fixture (not how it originallywas). So now I doesn't rotate AT ALL. I mean the purpose for which I bought the product is defeated and it's all in vain now. :(

This shop is always full of customers because of the wide variety of jewellery. They have huge jewellery options and designs. They have designs in every price range. We had good experience. The only constraint is the location otherwise they have very good designs. We had a good experience with their sales person *Rahul*. Thank you

They have much variety and good design but on every purchase they charge 18-25% making charges, 3-5% polishing charge and 3% Gst charge. It means you have to pay approximate 25-30 extra on every purchase. I recently purchased a ring of 22 carat gold weight 4.8g of gold worth 27000 and I paid 34500 for this. I don't know are they charging fair or not?

Wonderful store with lovely collection and warm, attentive service. I have been buying gold and diamonds from there since more than two decades and have never had any complaint.
