My wife ordered a product from them by visiting the store but they have delayed the delivery for another week. And also, one of the staff Atul was really rude to her while talking on phone. Nobody called to inform when product got delayed, my wife was doing the follow up every time. Not a good place to spend your hard earned money..

Visited the showroom to buy a ring, didn't like the service they provided. Booked product on 07/08 and was told it will be available on 17/08 (10 days waiting time) to which I agreed and paid 50% advance as asked by the worker at the showroom. No message or phone call from the showroom or their customer care to let me know the status. I called the shop on 14/08 to which Atul replied and said it should be ready by Monday (16/08), I said ok fine but didn't really liked their service so far because I was doing the follow up. Called back today just to check the status and now this guy (Atul) tells me it will be available on 24/08 and when I got upset about the whole situation he said he can cancel it right now! I waited for 10 days for this, dude!!and now you very conveniently say you can cancel the order??! Not very happy with their behaviour, to be honest! They are doing a favor to us, I guess?! We buy from them, we spend our money and they throw " the attitude". What for?? No option left but to wait for the product. Atul needs a good one on one session with his manager regarding his behaviour. Better buy online instead of visiting their store! 👍 I just received my ring today dated 23/08 as promised by Mr Vishal Sharma (Store Manager). He did what he could for the timely delivery. I am giving a 4 star just because of him as he did all the follow ups plus got a really good discount. Thank you Vishal and Team.🙏

Happened to visit this store few days back. Located nicely at the ground floor shop in goldsukh mall. The staff was good and courteous and showed us their range with patience. We ended up purchasing a set of ear studs. Overall a good experience.

I am changing my review after seeing their support after my purchase. I was not expected what I got after purchasing ring from the store.
