V bad experience at gold souk malabar. Poor sale service. Attendents r nt bother to attend u properly..u ask somthing and they answer u rudly n while talking to each other n laughing.. pathetic behavior. Visited thrice but cuz of the bad staff couldn't buy. Whereas at malabar mgf all staff is well mannered humble and polite.

Managing queuing for customers is a huge opportunity especially during these trying covid times when distancing is so important....was really sad to see that the staff had zero interest in the same...this was at the Gold Souk at Gurgaon

Very demoralising and illiterate talks their sales person did with us. Its found out very ill mannered asking us the booked Jwellery when we are going to buy. As it was booked for within a year we can come and collect said by them. Also we told that we will buy bu our anniversary as we booked for that purpose only. THESE KIND OF ILL MANNERED BEHAVIOUR SHOWED BY THEM THAT WE NEVER FACED ANYWHERE TILL NOW

Spent 1 hour in selecting an ear ring. Staff was polite and did show us the jewellery patiently. But at the billing, came to know that the ear ring which we selected has a tag which is already marked as sold in their system. And they can't do anything. They asked me to select another piece. Such a waste of time. Ambience is good. Design variety needs to be improved.

I had an unpleasant experience at the showroom and with the Manager. The showroom has minimal seating and one has to wait for a long time to be attended. The staff is not trained to greet and take care while they are waiting. I had gone there for the first time during dhanteras, it was pretty crowded, as usual no place to sit and look at the stuff in peace. I had taken my kids along and when asked the manager to arrange a place to sit, he said he cannot do anything and just turned away. Very very bad attitude that I have ever experienced. I could see many others grumbling about the same and mentioning that it felt the same as coming to a mandi.

I think staff has lack of communication. Management should provide some training.

One of the best places in Gurgaon for jewellery shopping, located inside Gold souk mall this store of Malabar Gold and Diamonds has great collection and the staff is helpful in providing suggestions which are within budgets.

The BEST place for jewellery shopping. They have the best (lowest in India) gold prices with BIS Hallmark. One India One gold price. They have a good range of variety for each product type and in each range. Feather on the cap is.. They give 1 year jewellery theft insurance on good purchase over Rs. 20K. Hassle free 100% gold exchange without any deductions. Friendly staff. Recently we have shifted from TANISHQ to MALABAR after being TANISHQ customer for over 12 yrs (Higher gold prices, higher making charges, deductions on gold exchange, less variety, poor services on gold once sold). Hoping that the experience with MALABAR will continue the same way.

Very bad customer service. They made us wait more than 30 mins to assist. Still there was no assistance provided. Had a visited a Malabar gold store in Dubai. Even though the store was full, I got the best customer service. But here in gurgaon gold souk. It was the worst. It was like a fish market with less customer.

Extremely High prices

I have recently purchased a gold item from Malabar Gold Souk mall Yesterday but unhappy with the extremely high marking charge 17.90 % . Even being a regular customer no good will jester reduction given compare to other jellwery services were a concern too as they never try to give options only give very limited options and they try to push to accept among them .Which is a challenge . We also went to Kalyan jewellers on the same day services were much options were better and even customer service experience were wonderful.We wanted to buy two ring ended up buying only one from Malabar. Due to very less options.

This is a general review for Malabar, they have poor build quality. This is a diamond ring and due to manufacturing defect one diamond fell off. You can see all the holding point is at it is but still diamond fell off. For this manufacturing defect they are charging the diamond amount from customer while other reputed brand like KALYAN and TANISHQ never charge for this. It was a big mistake to put trust in malabar. We have other gold ring from malabar with small water drop designs and it keeps falling off. Even local vendors provide better quality than Malabar. Think twice before spending your money on low quality full of manufacturing defect products from malabar.

I found that store selling staff was okay but the checkout counter people were disengaged and were more interested in having a conversation within themselves than attending to people . I found it very odd . The atmosphere was very rustic and felt like a store where more locals shop … not for me again .. sorry Malabar … til you hire some better staff I am not coming back

Take appointment before visiting them, we went there, sat for some time unnoticed, then for some more time ignored, approached the staff multiple times only to have helpless blank looks in return and finally had to walk away unwanted

The jewellery collection is good but the service at the store is horrible. Most of time there is noone to attend there and you might endup of waiting more than 30 minutes. There investment program is even worst. There are lot of limitations and even in 2022 they need their passbook whcih don't have any entry. Overall frustrating experience. Never want to visit again

We purchased diamond mangalsutra worth 1 lac, paid by card. It was given to us in a small box in which generally earrings are given. We requested for longer box as it was mangalsutra not a ring or something, but were denied by the staff saying this is the box that comes with diamond mangalsutra we cannot change it. One lady just before me, who made full cash payment, changed the box 3 times in front of me. Even all the staffs were non welcoming kind. Very disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for billing. I'm never coming back here
