Mr. Sandeep Sharma has always been of great help while navigating through the store. The staff is curteous and hospitality is top notch.

Had visited the Orra store to buy myself a Platinum chain for the New Year. Visited multiple jewellers, but was extremely disappointed with the lack of designs or the extremely high making charges! But Orra was like a wingman to the rescue. Great hospitality by Mr. Abhijit and he was patient in explaining things to me and was so interested in ensuring that I get the design that I love the most. Great designs and best prices! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy Platinum jewellery.

Got my ring customized from this store of Orra. Quite happy about the final look of the ring...Abhijit was super helpful and helped through the entire process a great deal. While the process took long due to some IT issues, happy with the final result :)

The biggest problem with these brands are their exchange criteria. When you buy they compare themselves to brands like Tanishq but when you go to return their own product they want the bill which in these digital times is easily traceable from their systems. But the staff in this store is the most uncooperative of all. They were not even ready to check their system with our phone number? Do not compare yourself to Tanishq when you are not even 1% of them in terms on principles and ethics. Buying the band from here three years back was a bad experience and now returning is more even more painful.
