I was impressed at the customer service from shift manager Amber and Associate Patrick. The other day we had an issue with an item that we were not wanting to return and we came back to T.J. Maxx and I was honestly taken back by how understanding and supportive Amber was concerning the situation. This store is doing something right and has hired a great team. After our issue was resolved I definitely had to recognize the great service we received from Manager Amber and Associate Patrick. Both made the experience of being a customer truly feel worthwhile. Thank you T.J. Maxx and all stores associated with the brand.

As always, I was overwhelmed with how great this store was! So many amazing items to choose from, extremely organized and easy to find what I was looking for (and then some 🤣) and you just can't beat these prices! My house has gained some amazing decor, my kiddos found some snacks, and I also got a super cute sweater!

Quite possibly the best TJ Maxx I've ever been in. I didn't realize they're them so big!!clothes are a bit pricey and not much of a clearance section in woman's apparel (didn't really look anywhere else) but they have a HUGE selection of home goods, beauty, and furniture. Coming back with the family so I don't go buy crazy

They had my shampoo and conditioner and I can always find seasonal goodies here along with Rae Dunn items.

Found some good deals. You really have to search the racks, but scored quite a few nice items. Love the selection of dog toys; that was a bonus! Their halloween items were cute too.

How much done TJ Maxx I bought a $40 purse used it for 13 days and the handle oval leather purse came unsewed. I'm on able to return it because of its condition I've come to the conclusion that TJ Maxx sells junk and when the junk falls apart don't expect to get a replacement or your money back

Pretty upset with this store. I purchased a BarcaLounger swivel glider recliner for my nursery and the associate told me the delivery option would be $75. Being 6 months pregnant, brand new to the area since my husband changed duty stations from Virginia Beach to Great Lakes, IL, he’s been stuck quarantined on base during his drill instructor training (he’s currently gone for 8 weeks)... so we/I know not a single soul here to help me. Well I purchased the recliner and decided delivery of course is the only option for me. The delivery company gives me a call for what I think is to set up a date and at that moment I’m told delivery will be $226!! Not the $75 I was told in store. I’m beyond upset because here I am taking the word of an employee and spending $345 on this recliner, only to end up being lied to. $75 and $226 are WAY DIFFERENT. Let it also be known I live about 5 minutes away from the store... $226 for probably 3 miles. Beyond irritated.

Not many choices. It's spacious however not many choices for boys unless they're 10 years and over. Waited in a long line before they had another cashier help making it 2 cashier's. Once the line died down a bit then 3 more arrived but by then there was no point since we all waited 10 min.

Purchase was good. But the cashier was overly pushy trying to make me apply for the credit card. I repeatedly said no and she continued to press the benefits. Very annoying end to a shopping experience.

The store was decently picked over. One item I’d been looking for was on hold for someone. I’m not sure why TJ Maxx has a policy to allow people to call in holds. It isn’t a department store and the whole point is that the store gets in random items at different times. Feels like there’s no point browsing here anymore.

Ms. Breona Y and her friend were wildly inappropriate at the registers. I was never once acknowledged by her or the other worker on the 3rd register. They were in fact so lost in conversation a line started to form because no one knew they were actually working. Okay so we get to them finally with ourgreat finds (super clearance right now so it was a big plus) . I wish I was joking when I said this girl never made eye contact amd never said hi, your total, thanks . Bye. Nothing to the customers. Very weird and immature.will not be back.
