Di is outstanding not only patient, she listens and very knowledgeable. I have come so far and could not have done it without her. The girls at the front desk are always so pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. I can’t say enough about CR. Everyone is so nice as if they are greeting a friend in their home.

Came in for work related physical testing that of which was administered by Miss Jennifer. Her and the entire office team were extremely kind and courteous. They were nothing but smiles and miss Jennifer was completely motivational. I highly recommend anyone in need of therapy to use this fine business. They also had really nice artwork, free coffee and water for their patients. Thank you Miss Jennifer and team again. May your business continue to thrive toward’s success as it is.

Hands down, this is the best place to get physical therapy. Bridget is amazing. She didn’t just look at my PT needs in isolation but rather looked at how one issue in one part of my body impacted other areas. At one point, she brought in the owner, Anita, to help with my treatment and that brought another level of attention to my physical therapy. The knowledge and professionalism you get at Creative Rehab is unsurpassed.

I had an unexpected c section and I was always self conscious about the scar and still healing emotionally as it was unexpected and traumatic. Jennifer really listened to my concerns and wanted to help me be myself again. She explained everything she was looking at and wanted me to do. She took the time to educate me about my breathing and about my pelvic floor. We re-built my core and really work on my scar. I am not touching my c section scar and not being afraid of it. I am also not having sharp pains anymore from simple random tasks. Jennifer is the real deal!!!!! She made me feel more like myself again and really helped me get through that trauma. I appreciate everything she has done for me and taught me. PSA: All women that go through child birth should take the time to talk to their doctor and atleast do a little bit of physical therapy. I was not looking for just outside results that I could get from the gym, I wanted to heal internally and even emotionally. I am still o nmh journey but Jennifer took the time to really get to know me and my situation and truly help me. Please go see her mamas!!!!

Nichole is the best therapist I have been to in over 13 years. She is compassionate and understanding of hyper mobility issues. She takes time to find the right routine and changes it when it doesn’t work for me.

I've been going to Creative Rehab for various things since the mid 90s. In that time I've had 4 different physical therapists and all have been wonderful (some have been there long enough that I see them again for the next issue!). Everyone there is super nice -- both PTs and staff. Very helpful, very pleasant. I have had excellent results working with any PT (I'm always able to stay with the same one throughout one issue, which is really nice and many other PT companies don't do that). Private rooms and good equipment in "common room." PTs are very thorough and their goal is clearly to make the client well. One of the most helpful things about Creative Rehab is they send you home with pictures/explanations of the exercises/stretches/etc. they want you to do. It makes for a lot less confusion. My insurance has changed over the years, but I will still go here when out of network. It's that worth it to me. This is just a super place and fantastic people!!

Creative Rehab is the absolute BEST physical therapy establishment I’ve ever been to! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, support, kind, and empathetic. The PT is with you fir the entire session - you are not turned o ER to a tech. Jane and Di are amazing! I had TKR and they got me through the difficult process of rehabbing my knee . But they also helped me with the emotional side of the healing process. I would not have healed without them I highly recommend Creative Rehab for all your PT needs. They are phenomenal ❤️

The specialized attention and professionalism of Jon was extraordinary. I have had other therapists at Creative Rehab and this is the industry standard. I will always choose them over any of the clinics in the area.

After a year of physical therapy at other places with no improvement, I was referred to creative rehab. I made the trek from downtown Chicago and within two visits my pain was gone. Anita and Nichole were able to diagnose what the problem was and provide exercises that targeted the problem. Creative rehab was life changing!

They are simply the best!!! Unlike other PT offices, it's quiet and I always get personalized attention. And they show that they care every time I'm there. Every single person is friendly, kind and super knowledgeable. I've been there myself for my hip and shoulder and had my 12-year old athletic daughter go in for a session for injury prevention. I could not recommend more!

I came to Creative Rehab following bunion surgery. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Everyone is very friendly, the area is spacious so you don’t feel like you’re on top of anyone and it is very clean and organized. Bridget is kind, patient and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bridget and Creative Rehab.

I am seventy one years old and have been to many different physical therapy companies over the past decade And in my opinion creative rehab is the best. I felt like the therapist custom design. My rehab and exercises to help me meet my physical goals. There is no question in my mind that the next time I need physical therapy. I'll be headed there.

My time at Creative Rehab has been a great experience! From the time I walk in the door, greeted by both of the front desk gals to when my Session is over, everyone is friendly and professional! I enjoy the personal touch by all staff. My PT has been great throughout, with “creative” ways to rehab my shoulder. My PT’s have been knowledgeable and informative over my course of treatment. I will definitely recommend Creative Rehab to family and friends. If I need any PT in the future, I’ll be back here too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I started my PT journey this summer @ Athletico because I didn’t know much about PT, or what level of care my insurance would support. Athletico had me working 75%+ of the time with non-PT assistants. They were nice, but couldn’t offer much guidance or feedback on if I was exercising my body correctly. I could tell I wasn’t going to get lasting habit-changing results from Athletico, so I started searching for a new PT provider. I’m so glad I did! Creative Rehab is Physical Therapist owned and operated. You ALWAYS work with a certified PT the whole hour. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and there are private rooms/offices for conferencing with your PT and table-work. The entire staff is friendly, inviting, and highly experienced. The best part??? Creative Rehab is covered by BCBS insurance as in-network!! I have a good insurance plan, and I’m paying less out of pocket here than at Athletico! I have been working with Bridget Watson for PT. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and deserves an honorary PhD/M.D. She taught me how to feel and access muscles that I had been neglecting to use for…. ever?? My doctor’s order is for my lower-back & glutes, which have been improving greatly (lower back pain is not much concern at this point). Bridget makes every minute count, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. At one visit, I told her of back pain from scrubbing floors, and she differentiated the PT work we did that day to train me how to clean/scrub without pain. 🤩 Bridget has helped me understand my hyper-mobility joint issues, and throughly explains the what, why, and how for all of the exercises used (very helpful for me). Bridget has been working in exercises that not only help with what my doctor ordered, but also support correct use of my knees, elbows, shoulders, and neck. This has been life-changing work, and I’m understanding my body and how it’s supposed to function in completely new ways. We also had a lot of good laughs along the way. I truly believe these new habits/practices will “stick” with me. I have a few more PT visits with Bridget spread out over the next two months. We’re going to work on accountability and how to best sit in my office chair (seems simple, but honestly hard for me). I could not have had a better PT experience! 😃

I have utilized Creative Rehab for decades during seasons of injury. Jayne Armondo is a consummate professional whose knowledge, patience and encouragement has always taken me through the pain to healing and hope. I'm grateful and highly recommend any of the skilled team members. The receptionists and front office team are exceptional and provide consistently kind and helpful care. Creative Rehab = A++

I successfully completed physical therapy with Jennifer W. for a torn rotator cuff. THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIFER! The experience with her was phenomenal and am truly grateful for her expertise, confidence, insight, and understanding of what needed to be worked on and the timing along the course. I remember sharing with her how incredible it was to experience the progress that was being made with her help. Always one on one therapy with every single session. Jennifer is a Top Gun PT! Also, the entire office is pretty amazing. Huge amount of space with full access to anything that is needed at any given time. They even have a gigantic therapy pool! If you are looking for personalized care in a non-commercial private office, this very well could be the facility for you. Good luck with your rehab!

I've been coming to Creative Rehab on and off for several years as needed due to injuries related to a genetic condition. The therapists have taken the time to get to know my limitations and haven't given up on me when my body doesn't respond the way a typical patient might. Nichole is fantastic and thinks outside the box with her approach to my needs. She understands my EDS and is an expert. Drs respect her opinion and take her seriously. Highly recommend!

I have gone to Creative Rehab for several issues over the years and I would highly recommend them! The staff is all friendly and helpful, and make the hard work of physical therapy enjoyable. This time around I worked with Jennifer and I loved my time with her. Again, I cannot recommend Creative Rehab enough!

The physical therapy provided at Creative Rehab is top notch! The therapists are experienced and knowledgeable, and having the same person for the entire hour is wonderful. The staff are welcoming, and I really appreciate the opportunity to work out in the therapy pool. A shout-out to Di for being a fabulous therapist! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and productive therapy experience!

Creative Rehab was recommended to me by my home health PT and another PT I spoke to, when I was looking for someplace to do knee replacement rehab at the end of 2021. I’m a big believer in PT, having done it with good results several times for different things over the years. Jennifer at Creative Rehab is hands down the best PT I have ever worked with. She is attentive, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I made so much progress working with Jennifer, and learned so much from her about pain management during the rehab process, scar care, exercise and recognizing my limits so that I can work up to them without hurting myself. She really made a huge difference in my recovery. Additionally, the administrative staff at Creative Rehab are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Within 2 hours of my first call to them, they found out my benefits from my insurance company, working with me to come up with a plan and a price I could afford, and got a block of appointments schedule for me to get started quickly. Another important point to note: at Creative Rehab each therapist has a private room and you spend the full hour of your appointment with you therapist, at every appointment. That’s not what happens when you go to a chain PT place. In my experience with chain places there is no privacy, and you see the physical therapist briefly on your first visit and then generally work with aids and assistants after that. I can’t imagine having done as well as I did working with Jennifer at Creative Rehab had I gone anywhere else, and I’ll absolutely go right back to her if I ever need a PT again.

I have been a client of Creative Rehab a couple of times over the past several years and always highly recommend them to my friends. From the warm greeting as you enter the office to the outstanding physical therapists that never leave your side during therapy, the place is top notch! If you want a physical therapist that listens to you, is attentive to your needs, has a positive attitude, and works to find creative exercises to help you accomplish your goals, this is the place to go.

I highly recommend visiting Creative Rehab for your physical therapy needs. Their staff is incredibly welcoming and communicative, and their individual rooms create a more comfortable and personal experience with your therapist. I worked with Nichole for a few months, and had a wonderful experience. While I wasn't thrilled to have to go to PT after receiving a hypermobility diagnosis, Nichole made the appointments a bright spot of my week. She made me feel heard, supported, and confident in her treatment plan. With her help, I am in a much better place than I was a few months ago, and she left me with many tools to continue getting stronger. I can't say enough good things about Creative Rehab!
