I
started
my
PT
journey
this
summer
@
Athletico
because
I
didn’t
know
much
about
PT,
or
what
level
of
care
my
insurance
would
support.
Athletico
had
me
working
75%+
of
the
time
with
non-PT
assistants.
They
were
nice,
but
couldn’t
offer
much
guidance
or
feedback
on
if
I
was
exercising
my
body
correctly.
I
could
tell
I
wasn’t
going
to
get
lasting
habit-changing
results
from
Athletico,
so
I
started
searching
for
a
new
PT
provider.
I’m
so
glad
I
did!
Creative
Rehab
is
Physical
Therapist
owned
and
operated.
You
ALWAYS
work
with
a
certified
PT
the
whole
hour.
The
facilities
are
clean,
welcoming,
and
there
are
private
rooms/offices
for
conferencing
with
your
PT
and
table-work.
The
entire
staff
is
friendly,
inviting,
and
highly
experienced.
The
best
part???
Creative
Rehab
is
covered
by
BCBS
insurance
as
in-network!!
I
have
a
good
insurance
plan,
and
I’m
paying
less
out
of
pocket
here
than
at
Athletico!
I
have
been
working
with
Bridget
Watson
for
PT.
She
is
incredibly
knowledgeable,
responsive,
and
deserves
an
honorary
PhD/M.D.
She
taught
me
how
to
feel
and
access
muscles
that
I
had
been
neglecting
to
use
for….
ever??
My
doctor’s
order
is
for
my
lower-back
&
glutes,
which
have
been
improving
greatly
(lower
back
pain
is
not
much
concern
at
this
point).
Bridget
makes
every
minute
count,
and
has
gone
above
and
beyond
the
call
of
duty.
At
one
visit,
I
told
her
of
back
pain
from
scrubbing
floors,
and
she
differentiated
the
PT
work
we
did
that
day
to
train
me
how
to
clean/scrub
without
pain.
🤩
Bridget
has
helped
me
understand
my
hyper-mobility
joint
issues,
and
throughly
explains
the
what,
why,
and
how
for
all
of
the
exercises
used
(very
helpful
for
me).
Bridget
has
been
working
in
exercises
that
not
only
help
with
what
my
doctor
ordered,
but
also
support
correct
use
of
my
knees,
elbows,
shoulders,
and
neck.
This
has
been
life-changing
work,
and
I’m
understanding
my
body
and
how
it’s
supposed
to
function
in
completely
new
ways.
We
also
had
a
lot
of
good
laughs
along
the
way.
I
truly
believe
these
new
habits/practices
will
“stick”
with
me.
I
have
a
few
more
PT
visits
with
Bridget
spread
out
over
the
next
two
months.
We’re
going
to
work
on
accountability
and
how
to
best
sit
in
my
office
chair
(seems
simple,
but
honestly
hard
for
me).
I
could
not
have
had
a
better
PT
experience!
😃
