Shaleen and team are a great support network for getting you back on your feet! I’ve had back/sciatica pain for over a year now (L4/L5/S1) that 2 epidurals of cortisone couldn’t help but PT with THIS team did the trick! Very easy to schedule with, I was able to start PT the day after I called (not the case with the other facilities I called). Today I graduated feeling stronger, more confident and most importantly pain free all thanks to Shaleen, Jamie, Finn & Emma! Highly recommended - suffer no more, start physical therapy today!

Shallen is phenomenal!!!! She does such a great job explaining things- while I looked up my condition online, she actually explained it with visuals for me as to what is going on. this was the worst pt experience. The were VERY unprofessional actually employees walking around eating banana in the “gym” The only actual therapist there was overseeing two or three patients at a time. often using the “students or the receptionist or the tech to oversee the exercises calling across the room (gym) to tell them what to do. Some never washed or cleaned hands in between patients. The employees chatted among themselves more than to patients. i would not refer them to anyone who wants to improve their physical. condition!

Highly recommend! I was informed early this year that I would require a hip replacement. I went to the gurnee location (pre-op) seeking therapy to reduce the pain until I was ready to schedule the surgery. After 5 weeks, the pain subsided to the point where I questioned going ahead with the surgery. I did have the hip replacement and returned to gurnee for post-op therapy. After 4 weeks in gurnee, I was back to walking and full mobility, without pain. The surgeon credits my quick recovery to the pre-op work done in physical therapy. Good PT = Good Results. Absolutely outstanding, professional, and courteous staff. From eval to excersize and treatment plan to discharge, Keith, Corey, and Crystal all took the best care of me, and they will you too! Highly recommend these folks! ***UPDATE*** I am back, under the treatment and care of Keith, who is the Clinical Director, who brings over 40years of PT and OT experience to help get nearly ANY ailment feeling better and improving your pain and livelihood. Even during Covid-19 protocol, everything is clean, sterilized, and scheduled staggered to keep numbers low and risk minimized! I cannot recommend Keith enough. He is great to work with and a goldmine of resources to help recovery!!! Thank you for your care, Keith!

Shallen is the best simply put. She has worked with me on my surgically repaired wrist, hand and thumb. She is dedicated, thoughtful, and hard working for all her patients. She customized my program and was flexible in her approach. I was encouraged to do my homework and I did. She worked personally with me and still ran the therapy center. Her staff was a reflection of her empathy, kindness and drive. My rehab was a complete success! Thank you Shallen! I had my wrist, hand and thumb surgically repaired in October. The specialist who did the repair told me it was the most aggressive surgery of this type he has ever done. When I saw him he was thrilled with my progress.

I had a great experience at ATI - Gurnee. Shallen was very knowledgeable and motivating. My shoulder recovery was a long process, and Shallen was able to be help me accomplish every single goal I had for my recovery. I enjoyed going each day for physical therapy because I knew I was receiving the care I needed to get back to normal life.

Over the years, I’ve been to many physical therapists and Shallen impressed me! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, and made me very comfortable. I would recommend her to ANYONE! I had a shoulder surgery done and she healed me up months ahead of schedule, I can put on my bra by myself again 🙌

I'm extremely glad I came to ATI Gurnee after my knee replacement! The facility is first class. Keith has been excellent with all aspects of my rehab. His knowledge of what I needed to do from right after surgery to now, months later, has been so important to my progress. Not only are my workouts helping immensely at ATI, Keith has given me a terrific plan for my home workouts!
