This location is 10 times better than the other one in the mall, all the staff here are super friendly & always make my order fast. Isabel, Vanessa & Gisselle deserve a raise for all there hard work and for always being so nice to me and making me the best drink I’ve tasted when I come in. 🙂

Was waiting in the line and the saw how partners were not following food safety standards: painted nails, restroom cleaner was used to clean preparation surfaces?????? Why? Literally turned and walked away. No name tags, no dress code. That’s a shame for you. How can you represent a company with that? You are going to poison all your customers if continue !

Just love the snacks and drive up window great staff and quick service . Affordable and I drink the blacken ice tea with regular1 pack of sugar extra ice . But my friends go there for coffee. And are always boasting about how flavor is just overwhelmingly good they have slices of bread and other snacks healthy too

Good place for a coffee

I had the intention of buying one small coffee, but when I walked in 3 minutes before the mall was going to close, the girl up front rudely told me they were closed. I wouldn't even be upset if she had at least told me in a more nice and apologetic way.

Drive thru is always so packed you have to go at the right time but its always so good! Cant go wrong with a little starbucks!

TERRIBLE WI-FI! This Starbucks is in Macy’s and they only have the free Macy’s Wi-Fi available. It’s so slow and keeps disconnecting. It’s impossible to do any work. If you need wifi, go somewhere else.

This is a busy Starbucks. It was difficult to get up to the ordering counter with the crowd and seating obstacles so decided to use the app. Waites about 15 mins for the order to arrive at the pickup counter. The lead employee was very friendly and positive. Drinks were good.

As I’m standing here in line still waiting for my coffee, we have 6 workers 2 actually working & 20 people + in line. Why? It’s holiday season, shouldn’t we be prepared for this? I am a bartender & deal with crazy college kids so I totally understand the downside of the service industry. I usually don’t complain. But today was ridiculous. Staff could have easily realized there’s 30 people + in this little area. Definitely could have picked up the pace other than laugh & joke around with their co workers. (Nothing wrong with that, just do it when you’re not slammed pack with cranky tired shoppers during Christmas time) Update; still waiting in line after 30 minutes.

I like Starbucks, and I like the fast service. Do I like the prices? No. But it's a chain, but it's proved its mettle. I love the caramel fraps and I love their seasonal drinks, though I wish they kept them on longer (like gingerbread latte?!) but all in all it's very good, if you can stand the crowding and the feeling that you can't disturb anyone because all people do there is stare at a laptop screen. Good place to work, but not to have a conversation without someone looking at you like you're an awful person.

Slowest service ever here, and one of the most unsanitary locations I’ve seen too. I had to wait around 20 minutes for one drink today, and the last time I was here I waited over 40 minutes for my drink. Today there was trash all over the floor and flies buzzing around the barista’s area. At this point my husband and I just joke about how bad this location is.

Derek is a wonderful barista and cashier. I watched as he served over 20 customers at the register in a busy Saturday line, greeting and engaging conversation with each one. You can tell he loves his job. I was one of those 20+ people in that busy line, and yet when I came in today, he greeted me with "Hello Luka" and a bit of small talk. To remember my name and ask about my day was not only kind, but impressive enough to make a daily customer out of me. I will most definitely be coming here for my tea and coffee before work.
