They stole my deceased grandmother's clothes after they told us to pick them up because they weren't accepting then for consignment. When we got there the next day like we said, the lady said they had already donated the clothes. We asked what about our totes? They donated them too!!!! This is a scam company, DO NOT GO THERE! Report these people to the BBB and they'll also tell you how to report scam companies to other places. All you need is a few of the same reviews, which we have on here, to prove it. This is especially useful in opening up a class action lawsuit seeing as how online there are many other reviews like this and in our area several people we talked to have the same complaint first hand. EDIT: In response to their response to this post, we have the voicemail kept as proof that you called that Monday and the screenshot of the call back (date and time) and my mother came in that same Monday, way less than 24 hours after the phone call. Also, we had pictures of the items from before we attempted to consign them, and my aunt came in after and took photos of them for sale in your shop, so you guys did NOT donate them. You guys are liars and this is why there will be a lawsuit. Also thank you for your response as this will be added to our case.

Always satisfied when shopping and selling here. Lots of experience in selling and buying resale. Happy with their terms, pricing, selection for women and girls. Writing to also counter act some of these negative reviews of people that don't know/ don't understand how consignment works- you don't get to pick the price, you don't get to pick what is chosen or not... you need to be flexible. This place is honest, fair and has stylish clothing. Keep up the good work!

I brought in at least 40 items from my mom's wardrobe after she passed away. She kept her clothes in VERY good condition, and even Taylor, the associate that received the clothes from me commented on how nice they were. I was told to call back in 3 days to check and see what was accepted and what was not. I received a call less than 24 hours later from the store manager (who's name I do not recall) who told me they were not able to accept ANY of the items into their inventory. The reason was due to age and condition. I am very upset with this store, 90% of what I dropped off was gently used. I do not believe they are running an honest company. Beware of this store!

I love this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great collection of carefully selected clothing and items for very decent prices. Has changing rooms as well. Woman's clothing, men's clothing, toys, purses, decorations and more.

I took in 3 bags with a good amount of shoes and a few purses. Some of the shoes were brand new from shoedazzle. They kept none except a backpack from Groupon. I was in shocked they turned away brand new shoes from Shoedazzle and JustFab. Will not be using the store again. These items were not outdated. Dont bother dropping off your items. You will have better luck selling them on Poshmark. The customer service was good. The only person that actually had a conversation with me was a young gentleman. I forgot his name but the girl that is there around the evening that works on the other side to drop off stuff. She needs some customer service skills. She should be able to tell me why it was not accepted and what items were. She knew nothing.

Repeat Street has fantastic quality items and reasonable prices. Everything is well-organized, making it easy to get in, find items in your size and preferred color, and try on. This is my go-to place for finding stylish work pieces and dresses for special events. I've often found items with the tags still on between 10-20% of the original retail price.

As a longtime Gurnee resident, it's a joy to shop at small businesses - especially one as inclusive as Repeat Street. The employees are warm and helpful. The shop is clean and organized. If you're looking for items for yourself, your family or your home, Repeat Street is the place to go!

Such an awesome store with a lot of great options! The prices are great. I got a cute work blazer for 14 dollars. It's very clean and smells so good. I definitely will be coming here for any clothing needs or their boutique store in Libertyville.
