Rooms are in pathetic conditions. Walls of the room are are spitted all over. The washrooms are super unhygenic and possibly never cleaned after being used multiple times. AC's are hanging on the wall as show peice. Washroom has an exhaust which is not connected to electricity. The management is horrible, inexperienced and rediculous.

Management not focusing on quality and maintenance. I stayed for 4 days and also booked 2nd and 3rd floor all rooms for functions, but the condition was too bad Lift button and the Lift sensor not functioning. Staffs also smoke on the 3rd floor. They also do not provide room keys, they open most of the rooms with a master key. So many times, our guests, suffer because of the hotel's bad service and hospitality. Also, I notice they are no installed fire safety sensors in all rooms, even the patrol pump having in the next building. I never recommend this type of hotel again, If the Hotel owner will take it seriously on my comment, they will take action against management and focus on the hotel. Good Wishes

Corridors are tiny,food is so expensive but still it has no taste and rooms are very small

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. A very impolite staff specifically guy named Jitendra who harassed my guests and was abusive with them. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was good and location is perfect very near to station.

Poor service... No one ready to take responsibility of the task... They guys delegates the authority.. 1. in winter they r serving chilled water that too after waiting for almost half n HR and multiple reminder 2. In winter no hot water 3. In the name of buffe breakfast they serve only 2-3 items 4. They charge for all the basic facilities but they donot provide proper toiletries

What a waste of great location and property Staff is so ignorant that they will not bother to cater to your needs, i asked for a service and it's been 8 hours still there is no reply from the staff! Rooms are not safe as any key card can open any room ! Things without management are use less and create a bad image ! Please take care of the issue

Third class room bathroom required maintenance food quality is okok

Room are cosy and Comfortable for your living and stay, Location is superb.

Food was almost costly like a 5 star one roti price 45 and daal amount 265 with service tax extra compare to others its very costly

They are distributing cards of membership and misguiding the customers so please dnt buy ther cards worst hotel in city stupid staff manager Vikram jo kisi kaamka nahi hai

Smelly rooms,it has bar which makes it unsafe for family if they are coming back from function in night.people smokes in common corridor which makes family uncomfortable

Had a very bad experience with my family. Few drunken people were fighting in the bar at ground floor when we entered the hotel. On the third floor near the room all dirty laundry was scattered... Bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty... So much dust on the chairs in room... Bathroom floor was dirty and in morning there was no hot water supply in bathroom and the lift was not working. The manager is not doing his duty properly. With all bad facilities they are charging so high rate for a room.

Worst hotel in Gwalior, stupid and rude staff not even understanding anything. Very bad room condition and offers room for party to anyone so not safe for family. Having bar so many people making sound in mid night also, pathetic
