Very poor service and poor customer interaction attitude. Staff training and supervision has to be topmost else the focus on only sales will eventually cause this location to lose traffic, customers and eventually, sales.

Extremely slow service. Manager has to take charge and ensure that each staff member has a specific role to play and does it well. They wasted my time and still didn't fulfil my order. I had to collect cash back, after the ice cream I paid for wasn't ready. Sandwich also took time before it was ready.

Always a good balance between low budget and good meals.

Queue management is not particularly fantastic but the staff were courteous enough. The parking lot is fairly adequate but might be overstretched at peak periods; same for the seating provisions in the eatery.

The service isn't anything near good. I was met with long queues and the cashier had just one POS device for card payments. At some point, the chicken was out of stock. The entire experience isn't what a hungry dude would love 🤣🤣🤣

... So I ordered for rice and beans, with refuel packs. To my surprise, Gwarinpa branch do not add any protein/chicken to the pack which costs even more than the refuel pack. This is a shady deal as the order page ought to specify that there is no chicken in the pack so the person ordering will know. I spoke with a staff who was apologizing that the rice and beans has no protein. Please, indicate so on Jumia, that there is no protein. I'm so displeased. This is not my first time ordering rice and beans from Chicken republic outlets

Tasty,crisply fried or roasted chicken is from this republic. Low on naira? No problem. You can get rice and chicken for as low as 500 bucks

One of the chicken republic spot with the best jollof rice, chicken plenty there oh just that the waiters like to put wings for person. The meat pie too is very delicious well meated 😂 the last time I visited covid 19 protocol in place no mask no entry with social distancing as we queued to place our orders.

This guys were the joy of lockdown and late night. They 'posed to close at 10 or something but whoever manages this branch should contest for presidency. Making meals (refuel especially) available well into the night is worthy of thanks

I bought 2 plate of chicken Republic chicken salad and they were already spoilt bad. Couldnt eat it. Wasted money . Wasted time. How can you guys self food stuff that are not fresh. Seem like that salad was made the previous day and sold 1 day after. Anyway I felt bad thou not sure I would want to visit the outlet again

The fact that they open to customers up until late hours of the night is a plus. I didn't get to snap a photo but their food is nice and affordable. Also great for kids to come along!

It's a good place for delicious and affordable meal. They are open till 11am. Staffs are neutral, they are not rude and they are not nice either. The taste of their food has always been constant, always tastes nice.

This branch is pretty organized. The shift manager made sure I didn't leave his store dissatisfied. Wait time is about seven minutes

I think they need to beef up their workforce as a queue was forming at a relatively less busy hour. Also, the two standing AC units didn't seem to be working, so that should be checked. Otherwise, my experience was good. 👍

It was really nice stopping by. I got their burger and ice cream which was surprisingly very affordable. The burger costs #1,100 while the ice cream was just #700. Real nice environment. Although I had to queue because it was a busy day. They could use better measures to ensure crowd control and quality service delivery. All in all, I'll give a 4 star. (sorry 🙏 I didn't take pictures.)

Same standard everywhere. Good place for a quick bite especially rice and chicken. Just by the side is the small meat pie and sausage kiosk. The pies are very 😋 delicious.

I've had better Chicken in Lagos franchises than this. How can you not have crunchy chicken at 10am on a Wednesday morning? I mean shouldn't there be someone giving a report of left overs at a certain number?

Chilled place The chicken is very good but the jollof rice was...."okay" as it tasted differently from typical Jollof but was still enjoyable. The environment was calm, staff were well organized, transactions were smooth, and the general feel of the experience was very good. I recommend. 👍

Poor customer service!!! Imagine coming to a place hoping to get good meals. Their POS machines failed which led to a long line and they did nothing to placate customers. No apology at all.

Very poor customer service. I waited for a chickwhizz for over 30 minutes and nothing was done to placate me. There were numerous other customers having the same experience and the staff did absolutely nothing. The place was full of unhappy customers. Good food, poor service.

The managers and staff are so rude. You will think that as they are into customer service they will even pretend. I spent all of 30 mins waiting for them to serve 1 person with all others milling around doing nothing.
