I was at Nunu's on Saturday. This woman is a real artist! She is a master at her craft, I love my nails and have to look at them constantly. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment♡♡♡

I just went there yesterday to have removed my gel manicure, and I got my nails destroyed. I don’t know if it was because they don’t know how to do it, or because the tool they used wasn’t the correct one. But they left the layer of nails extremely thin that even hurts.

If you want to call yourselves 'American', the least you can do is hire staff that speaks English. If you don't speak German, the staff just avoids you and looks at you like you're an alien. Acrylic..gel - these are all English words, how difficult it is to make out what the customer wants to get. I was lucky that at least one person spoke English. I went there without appointment but was assured by her that she will be free in 30 mins to do my nails. After waiting for about an hour, I was told that there are so many appointments and she is full so I should come another day! Did you not check your calendar when you asked me to wait for 30 mins? Ridiculous!

I can highly recommend American Nails & Spa! They are incredibly friendly, it's easy to make an appointment with them and my nails always look amazing!

Walked in for a refill. Lady said to wait 40 min. After 1 hour and 10 I finally sit down. The guy starts taking off the old gel, then gets up and starts chatting and watching the lady do another customer’s nails. I asked him to please continue as I need to leave soon. The lady says he will continue but he keeps chatting it up. I walked out. I never experienced something like this after 25 years of getting my nails done. Now I have to walk around without my gel on until I find a proper place.

What a waste of time and money. We’re on vacation and I was looking for a nail salon, which turns out to be a hard find if you don’t make reservation days in advance. This salon takes walk-ins and though there’s a language barrier, I took my chances. I waited for an hour to get the nails done (even as their staff from the second location nearby were idling). Nails application was thick and gloppy. The technician was not going to put a base coat at first and when I asked her to do so, she said it would take longer to dry. It did take a long time to dry because the base, polish and top coats were applied thickly. She also butchered my cuticle although I repeatedly asked her not to cut it too much and pushed it more than cutting. Not to mention, the entire service (including the wait time) took two hours! That was just the review of the quality of work. In terms of hospitality and service, I didn’t expect much from a nail salon in underground station. Photos are what my nails look like after 2 days (doing normal activities).

The service at this place has only gone down. I’ve come here a lot and I’ve always been satisfied with my nails however the gentlemen with the glasses on the tills is unbelievably RUDE. He is condescending in the way he speaks. I was ask to wait 20 min although I had a pre booked appointment, he told me this is in a rude tone ever. While sat down I ended up waiting for 35 minutes which delayed my entire evening. In addition, I was attempting to pay using my debit card and this rude man was speaking to me as if I was an Idiot and didn’t know what kind of card I had (debit or credit). His entire service makes me NOT want to come back to this place and I will not deal with him in the future. He has been rude to me more than once but I come back because I love the nails Nunu does. Worst service I’ve had in my life. He should not be dealing with customers. AT all On a positive note: Nunu who did my nails was an absolute delight. She’s a perfectionist and her work can testify that. She’s kind and talkative and very good at her job. SHE is the only reason I will come back and I will only communicate with her. I do not want to interact with the ridiculously rude man on the tills.

If I could give Nunu 10 stars, she would more than deserve it! Always reliable and perfect work! Thanks!

Rarely have I experienced such bad nail work. The hygienic aspects were a complete disaster. Old acrylic was not filed down properly and was seriously injured with the milling machine. The only plus point. At least the lady apologized. Then applied a double amount of acrylic powder. Result: chunky, unsightly nails. No C curve and residue of the cured acrylic simply remains under the nail. No filing clean of the pages. French line different widths. My wish was an elegant French nail. I got deformed, uneven, chunky nails with ugly camouflage. It's a matter of luck in this studio. I already had great nails there too. But this time it was my last attempt. Pedicure was great though.

Absolutely outrageous!! You should be taught how to deal with customers. You are put there from Cologne after a telephone arrangement and just because you say at the beginning that you want the opponents to do well, suddenly no one is willing to do the nails anymore. I don't pay €60 for no one to make the effort and then they say "I'm sorry, but no one wants to do the nails" so what really went wrong, but always accept a tip, no one complains. I've always been there and quite satisfied, but that's not possible!! A bottomlessness!

Very satisfied. Spontaneously went in and luckily ended up with Nunu. Top performance, top price. Gained a new regular customer!

Really TOP nail salon and right in the city center. I'm really impressed by the hygiene and clean work. I can only recommend Love Chati to you. She is always reliable, works very precisely and is also super friendly and helpful. I am more than satisfied every time I am with her.

She made sure that I was comfortable and that I got exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is impressive, and the result was stunning. My nails looked absolutely amazing! I've been to the nail salon a few times now and have never been as satisfied with a nail designer as I was with Chati. After a long year of looking for a good nail designer in Düsseldorf, I finally found what I was looking for. Very neat and carefully carried out work. You can tell that she puts in a lot of effort and concentrates entirely on her customers. Never had such beautiful nails done in Düsseldorf as with her. Hearty recommendation if you want to have beautiful nails, get an appointment with Chati. :))

Beautiful large studio, you feel very comfortable here as a customer. The result of the nails is great, especially the nail thickness is perfect, not too thick and not too thin. Just longer waiting times.

Went for simple manicure - file & go. Too busy trying to catch attention of walk-in business instead of listening to the length & shape I wanted. Rushed and very poor quality work. Could have done better myself with one hand tied behind my back.
