Fresh and flavorful Sabich -- one of the best I've tried. Loaded with lots of vegetables and sauces. The man who prepared it looked like an expert. Very fast and precise. Good service, too!

Delicious dish, all ingredients are distributed equally across the pita pocket, so that each bite becomes perfection. ADD MORE AUBERGINES!!! No soap to wash your hands. Recommended!

Best Sabich dish in Jerusalem, in Israel and in all the middle east. The Perfect balance between the tastes of all the ingredients creating this extraordinary dish. Served with the smile of the owner Yiga'l which is running the place for many years. A true authentic Jerusalem experience!

Guy's like a non stop machine making these sabich things. Big. Tasty. Healthy. Great value. And cheery service. I would have liked a serve of fries but I'm Irish, so that's just my addiction talking...

Nice owner and I got the last one today! If you wanna have one do not forget come here as early as possible. It’s obvious that all the recommendations in google map is wrote in local language Hebrews. Even as an Asian I like this taste!

For the street food, it's a well known little place that is loved by locals and those who stumble into it following the little line of hungry regulars. There is basically one item on the menu: pita bread stuffed with fried eggplant, hard boiled egg, fresh vegetables and Hummus (cheakpeas paste) go for it!

Home made pita bread, delicious and clean. On lunch time very busy. (It's just one kind of course (if you don't know what sabich is...) but one of the best in israel

As a local Jerusalemite and sabich lover, I can say this is the best sabich in Jerusalem, and probably the country! The most perfect and softest eggplants, brown-boiled eggs like they should be, and great layering that you get everything with every bite. Also, ask Yigal about the history of the dish.

I never had this amazing culinary experience! The taste of pita was very good and the vegetable ingredients that the owner used for fulfilling the pita was extremely generous and tasty. I strongly recommend.

Be prepared to wait as the owner makes each pita sandwich himself one at a time. But so worth it! Delicious eggplant with different flavor sauces and textures. Pita is so fluffy.

Looking for a tasty Sabich in Jerusalem? THIS is the place. Incredibly tasty for a good price (27 NIS June 2023) and the owner is sweet man that always has a smile for you. There are some seats right around the stall

Best in Israel, don't miss that! Everything is fresh and delicious, also always a pleasure to meet Igal :) Try to have the Sabich with grapes juice.

Sabich is Israeli street food, a third cousin to eating a felafel. If you eat Sabich you have your favorite place and you tend to be militant about defending it as the best. The best way to tell how good a Sabichiya will be is how long you have to wait on line to be served. The longer you wait the more popular the place is and the fresher the fixing will be. If you go to HaSabichiya on Rechov Shamai be prepared to wait a while on line( there are always friendly people to chat with) and be prepared to get a pita stuffed with very fresh and very tasty ingredients. You will be full when finished and you will come back.

Great vegetarian "Sabich" which is served in a big Pita bread with eggplant, tahini, egg, salad and more good stuff. There is a big line and sometimes the service is slow. Take out only

Honestly the best pita sabich I've ever had! The owner of the place is also very friendly and kind. If you're in Jerusalem you have to go here!!

Shop that makes Sabich only, which are delicious. As Bruce Lee said “I fear not the man who knows one thousand kicks, but the man who has practiced one kick a thousand times”.

Extraordinary Sabich, probably the best Sabich in Israel. Yigal, the owner, is very friendly. Recommend this place form the bottom of my heart.

This is the best Sabich in Israel. Yigal, the owner, is a Sabich artist. Whether you're local and you love Sabich or you're a tourist and you have no idea what it is - this is a must go-to place in Jerusalem. Hands down, one of the culinary staples of the city. You'll believe me when you see the line for lunch.

Reviews were right. It's a must go in Jerusalem. It's simply a great Sabich. The pita is nice and thin, the Ingredients are nicely balanced, flavourful but yet light dish.

Yigal is a Sabich master. The mindfulness in which he prepares each Sabich makes it art. He's joyous, kind, humble, remembers exactly how each customer prefers her Sabich and the result is delicious. Clean & amazing service. Highly recommended.
