Bad service, very. The customer support is just broken. I bought an item, they gave me something else. When I came back to get the item I payed for it took the staff 1 hour to understand what to do and eventually just refunded me. Alex was the only one who tried to help and he gets the stars, if it wasnt for him they would get 0 stars. Yahud branch, stay away.

I was waiting almost 15 minutes for obtaining some service from the staff. The store was heavily undermanned by workers. Besides, the dustbin I ordered looked as if someone had taken it out of a larger dustbin where the former had resided for a couple of weeks. It is really regretful, because formerly ACE was way way better.

Insanely expensive shop, all the chain's stores, not only this specific one.

ACE transformed from decent home improvement store to a place that mostly sells junk they bought cheap in China in not so cheap prices. The selection of home improvement stuff and tools is limited. The store located in BIG new stores court, parking is convenient. Prices are moderate to high

A DIY "home depot" style store, furniture, hardware, auto department, plumbing, etc etc... Staff are a little sleepy... But once you ask assistance they'll do their best. Prices are high for some of the things compared to the smaller non network hardware stores

Works on Saturday.. You can find there almost anything for home but very overpriced relative to dedicated hardware stores.
