We
have
dined
at
Slow
and
Bro
twice
in
the
last
few
weeks.
It's
brand
new,
and
a
nice,
attractive
restaurant
serving
superior
cuts
of
meat
smoked
on
the
premises.
The
meats
are
absolutely
super
delicious,
and
the
staff
(mostly
a
family
of
immigrants
from
Russia)
are
very
nice
and
eager
to
please.
There
are
three
smoked
beef
cuts
on
the
menu,
as
well
as
smoked
chicken.
The
menu
offers
brisket,
picania
(a
sort
of
rump
steak)
and
asado,
in
various
quantities
and
platters.
On
Thursday
evenings
they
try
to
add
asado
on
the
bone
to
the
menu.
A
few
cocktails
are
available,
as
well
as
a
nice
starter,
a
set
of
three
bowl
of
dips
and
olives,
with
slices
of
lightly
toasted
bread.
Our
party
of
four
shared
two
starter
sets
and
three
cocktails,
and
enjoyed
them
all.
(The
bartender
was
experimenting
with
cocktail
recipes,
which
is
how
we
got
to
three
of
cocktails.)
Then
we
got
to
the
meat.
You
must
try
the
combination
platter
of
the
three
beef
cuts.
The
platter
is
accompanies
by
grilled
vegetables,
a
very
tasty
beet
salad
and
a
coleslaw,
as
well
as
some
condiments.
We
were
also
given
a
small
tasting
plate
of
smoked
chicken.
Slow
and
Bro
is
a
very
special
place,
and
a
fine
addition
to
Raanana's
restaurant
scene.
We
have
needed
a
good
meat
restaurant
for
a
long
time.
