Nice and very comfortable parking. Great location next to Old City, 5 minutes walk to Jaffa Gate, always park there if I have a tour to Jerusalem. Good price, it is 14 shekels per hour. It is big enough so you will definitely find some spot there. There are free restrooms over there. You can pay for parking inside, there is a parking machine, which located on the minus second floor next to the elevator, or you can pay right on the exit, but it might take some time.
