We got a kitten and since it's one of the closest vet clinics, we brought him here. Price, I feel, is decent. The vets are nice and thorough and the receptionist is always friendly! They diagnosed a case of ringworm when he started to lose fur and were able to treat him. I also have used their boarding services and they send updates and pictures. Kitty has always seemed happy.

While they are probably still competent about relocating your pets. It does seems like their quality has gone down the drain and they are just a bunch of pet killers now, with more and more horror stories surfacing about how they mistreated and neglected the previous pets of their customers. Recommend to stay far far away and avoid vets who had worked at Asvelis previously.

Stay away from Asvelis if you cherish your pet’s life. Our dog Rocky died in neglect after the surgery at the clinic, and the autopsy conducted at another clinic refutes Asveil’s excuses and lies. They left Rocky unattended and neglected for more than 10 HOURS over the weekend after a surgery, and the next day texted us “GOOD MORINING, YOUR DOG DIED” !!!

I have been took my cats to Asvelis clinic since 2021, but I never had bad experience like today. I took my cat to the clinic for blood test but the young vet seem unfamiliar with what she is doing. So I try to ask them if they can have senior vet to help. (She took long time with very little blood and took off needle with her finger press on the drew area) Dr Phuong was there and told me he is the senior vet. And then he told me the blood is not enough for the test, so I wanted to ask him “why don’t you help at the first place”. But he stop me right away and don’t let me talk at all. Keep saying we are capable on what we are doing, if you don’t trust us why you come here (with such bad attitude) I was trying to ask if my cat need to drew the blood again or is it enough but he keep stop me talking with terrible attitude until I was mad. My cat end up have to drew the blood again by Dr Dean’s and Sabrina’s. Seems people like Dr Phuong would not care your pet, when you pet suffer he was just there watching and you can’t have your opinions ask any questions.

The best clinic I ever had. They provided to my cat the best care ever available in Hanoi! All the vets and staff did the best for him ! And for me ! Thanks thanks thanks again !!!!

This is the perfect example of a “bashing campaign” !!! Asvelis has been one of the best and respected clinics during several years in Hanoi, reaching the note of 4.8, and all of a sudden, within 3 days, it became a horrible place with dangerous vets!! It’s ridiculous!!! A few people, emotionally manipulated, have been asked to leave a bad comment on the google page of a company where they are not even customers !!! Don’t be fooled ! THEY are the real danger of our society!!! Google should worry about these lousy processes! It ruins the work of honest people who are taking the risk of loosing their reputation at any moment because of a few fanatics! Something is wrong in this world…

Asvelis have been incredible from the moment we adopted our dog from Hoi An to Hanoi in 2018 until they helped us bring her to the UK in 2021. She had many health problems and some complicated surgery and all the vets at Asvelis gave her expert care. Hang and Giang are wonderful and always make our dog feel welcome and special - she genuinely seems to like going to the vet! Nhan and everyone at the kennel took such good care of our dog whenever we took a trip, and we always felt sure she would be safe and loved while we were away. Linh and the relocation team worked magic to help us bring our dog back during the COVID pandemic and against cancelled flights, we couldn't have done it without them. I wouldn't trust my pet with anyone else in Hanoi, and we will find it hard to find anyone better back in the UK, too. We will miss you Asvelis! Thank you for everything!

$$$. Provided good care for my cats when there. However, when I was not on premise did not follow through on promised info. Was told Dr (German speaker) would call me with price for surgical procedure. After 4 days of phone inquiries, was finally told she was on vacation until following week ! When the "junior" vet, who spoke English, finely contacted me by messenger, it was on Friday night at 23'30 ! Next morning, I took my sick cat to another vet for immediate surgery.

I have been many Pet Hospital and Asvelis is the best in my experience, Everything is super clean, nice staffs and very high quality treatment. My puppies was in very bad situation and now after spent time in Asvelis they are good now. Big thanks Asvelis, I am appreciate for all. Highly recommend.

Just moved into the neighborhood and took my cat here for an emergency appointment. The cat was seen and treated immediately. The veterinarian and her coworkers were knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and comforting. We will.be coming back for any future needs. They also have a decent cat room/hotel if you need to leave your cat someplace when you go on vacation

I recently relocated to Hanoi and was looking for a reputable vet clinic to have my senior dog's teeth descaled. Thankfully I saw the other positive reviews online and so I emailed Asvelis to setup an appointment. They replied the next day, but note to others: you may have to check your junk inbox if you don't save their email to trusted contacts. I ended up calling them and their English-speaking receptionists were so helpful in setting up the appointment at a very convenient day and time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Mark is an excellent veterinarian who is genuine and highly skilled to address the health concerns of my dog. My fur boy got his teeth so clean I can't stop smiling. He also had a minor gum tumor removed which gives me piece of mind. I received better service here for a fraction of the cost compared to any vet clinic that I visited in the past. At pick-up time, Dr. Mark took the time to answer my dozen questions and talk about the blood report which was two-thumbs up! The staff are super friendly and easy to talk to, and my doggo left the clinic smiling (with whiter teeth!) because he just met some great people who took great care of him. He slept well last night altho I did keep an eye on him to not lick and create any hotspots from where the anaesthesia was administered. He's doing fantastic today. Thanks Asvelis! Also, one more big thank you for the free door-to-door delivery of the body harness that we forgot to collect at pick-up yesterday!

Asvelis takes care of our chihuahua's health since 2012, it has always been the most reliable pet clinic in Hanoi. "Durian" my pet cat was having problems breathing for a few months. We were in danang and no vet here was able to help or found the cause for this. Travel up to Hanoi and within 5minutes Sabrina was able to detect the cause and "Durian" went through a small operation procedure. Durian is well and healthy. We could have lost him if we did not take a chance and visit Asvelis. For all you pet lovers out there, you surely know how painful it is to see your pet in agony. And you trully know how greatful i am once "Durian" is well and healthy again. Thank you so much Sabrina & Team at Asvelis. You guys are the best.

STAY AWAY FROM ASVELIS IF YOU CHERISH YOUR PET`S LIFE. Our beloved dog Rocky died in neglect after the surgery at the clinic, and the necropsy conducted at another vet clinic refutes Asvelis` excuses and lies. They left Rocky unattended and neglected for more than 10 HOURS over the weekend after the surgery, and the next day texted us “GOOD MORNING, YOUR DOG DIED” ! When I arrived at the clinic crying, the foreign male vet from South Africa who performed the surgery showed up and said “GOOD MORNING your dog died unfortunately” again!! Irresponsible, Incapable, Impudent vets! The male foreign vet who had repeatedly said “Rocky is doing great” for 3 days after the surgery, said “Your dog may have died ANYHOW!! - We have full recordings of what this vet said. It was frustrating to see the two foreign vets being busy making excuses and trying to hide behind each other’s backs. - The male foreign vet kept saying that he only had to rely on junior vets’ reports on the patients’ conditions. The necropsy at another vet clinic revealed shocking facts on what really was happening to Rocky after the surgery- which Asvelis neither noticed, nor informed us: 1. The stitch on his intestines was broken and there was fluid leakage from the intestinal suture area which led to widespread inflammation on his internal organs. Gastrointestinal bleeding, necrosis, intestinal gas, intestinal perforation, intestinal rupture. 2. The skin around the surgical area has ulcers, inflammation, necrosis. Moreover, there were discharge at the surgical area, subcutaneous emphysema at right leg, necrosis of subcutaneous tissue, muscles. 3. Rocky’s intestines were twisted. While Rocky’s situation was getting so serious after the surgery, the male foreign vet kept saying “Rocky is doing great, but he is being LAZY”. But as the necropsy results clearly showed, Rocky was “Dying”, NOT “Being lazy”. The male foreign vet argued that his Vietnamese junior vet checked Rocky’s condition at 10:30pm on Sep 9th (seemingly to make an excuse that it was not his fault), and everything was ok then. However, we doubt whether they had any intention to properly check their patients’ real conditions, considering what we found through the necropsy. Especially given that the junior vet was the one who evidently showed her reluctance when Rocky arrived in emergency right before her lunch time, even if we had informed her of our arrival time in advance. Her lunch time was much more valuable than patients’ life in emergency for this junior vet. One more thing: A lot of guardians may think that Asvelis is still 24/7 clinic. But on the night our baby died, there was NO ONE at the clinic. They confessed that due to lack of staff, the last vet checked Rocky at 10:30pm on Sep 9 and left the clinic. And the next junior vet in duty, found Rocky dead at 8:30am on Sep 10, and it was 11:30am when they texted us saying “GOOD MORNING, YOUR DOG DIED”. They had no idea when Rocky passed away in pain and loneliness. Obviously, they did not seem to care at all. So, if you think your dog is being monitored 24/7 while having a treatment at Asvelis, you are totally wrong. And they do not inform you of it either. The foreign female vet impudently said after our baby died, “Oh we posted on FB that we’re not 24/7 anymore”! Why cannot they inform the guardians in person when they are standing right in front? Moreover, they DID NOT mention anything about the patients getting hospitalized would be kept completely unattended over the night! To prevent any similar case from occurring to your innocent pets/family members, we decided to share this painful experience. We really want to go back to the past and choose another vet clinic for Rocky. If you cherish your pet/family member’s life, never go to this place. It will be too late when you regret it. You might not even have a chance to say goodbye to your beloved family member, as it happened to us… PLEASE SHARE OUR STORY WITH OTHER PET LOVERS!

Terrible vet! They have absolutely no sense of responsibility while they took your money and left for home giving no proper care to your pet dying after the surgery! Please save your pet's life by avoiding this negligent vet! Would never recommend it.

We used ASVELIS services to fly our snub-nosed dog (French Bulldog) from HCMC to Paris end of December 2023. This was not an easy task (given the breed), and after many quotations obtained from different agencies, we eventually chose ASVELIS. 1/ despite being super expensive (unfortunately for such breed, there are no cheap options) Asvelis rate was the most reasonable (and competitive) one, by far 2/ the quotation was pretty clear and transparent, unlike some other agencies which did not provide any details (just a lump sum) 3/ our contact (Ms Thuy) had been very professional from A to Z, and was always proactive in replying to our questions/concerns; she was always very helpful, and for instance did support us to buy the travel crate although it was not required from her 4/ to be noted though that they were not able to take care of the customs clearance in France, but they did connect us with a French agency to support on this part 5/ our dog had always been taken well care of during the whole process, and they sent us pictures on a regular basis before taking off from HCMC Overall, it was a very well managed relocation, with no bad surprises at all, given the complexity of the process (admin paperwork, medical checks, coordination with the airlines / customs / French agency...). They do not have a physical agency in HCMC, so we had to manage everything through WhatsApp / call, which was not a problem for us. We got in touch with their staff in HCMC for all medical inspections and documents review before the flight, with no issue. Special thanks to Thuy for her support in this stressful process, without her we would not have been able to bring our Frenchie back to France!
