We visited today to purchase a cage, food, bedding, toys and to order some pet mice. We were helped by Twan, he was very helpful and kind. Twan answered all of our questions very well and gave us lots of great advice. The prices in the store are good and there is a large selection. We are impressed and happy with our experience here.

Helpful staff and lot of products

All you need for any pet. Also have a wide variety of fresh and salt fish, plants and corals.

Bit expensive, good store with nice personel

Overpriced. There are several Pet-shops in town and exactly the same cat food is much more expensive in this shop compared to others which are in central locations in Haarlem.

While this pet store is in a convenient location, we didn't like the product range that they had on offer. We were looking specifically for wet food for senior cats, and they didn't have any. From the selection they had, there was not a lot of the top rated brands, which you would expect from a specialist pet store. We also didn't like that they offered a variety of animals in very small cages. I understand that a pet store will naturally keep animals in enclosures, but please try to do it in a humane way! On the bright side, the store is clean and in a good location. I would recommend checking their website first to see if they have what you are looking for.

Great service and a lot of know how in the personel. The interior of the store is nice and they have a nice variety in their reptile and amphibians terariums, decor and lights. One of the few I could find in the neighborhood.

5 out of 5 stars. Me and my friends like the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The employees are always happy to share their knowledge about a wide variety of animals. Their PostNL package handling service is also fast and by far the best in the Generaal Cronjéstraat :-)
