I've been going to this store for a couple of years and I feel like every year it gets worse and worse. The workers there dont help you unless you ask them and sometimes when you do ask their answer is i dont know and they dont try and help the customer on the issue they're facing. They seat behind their computers and really not care or offer help to the customers. I've been to many printing stores and whenever you have an issue the normal thing is that the worker there takes hands on the issue to help you.
