😠 I’m giving them one star because it won’t let them give them zero stars. I needed to print something urgently before an appointment and was waiting for 15 minutes for them to open. No one showed up. No one answered the phone. Absolutely incompetent. If you say you open at 9, you need to open at 9.

😠 They charge for the time you used their computer, it might be in some small prints of their price list but it is totally a scam. So they charge printing fee + computer time. It's fine if it is explained to the customer but it is not a right way to do business. Was planning to come often as home does...
