This is a nice hotel with an amazing sea view but that’s about it… The service is poor with rood attitude of the staff. Extremely amateur. The food is embarrassing !! Looks like the chef is deliberately disrespecting the guests. It’s really pity to see the huge potential of this hotel being wasted. I really hope they will improve. No way we’re coming back

I’ll start fro the end - I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay My wife and I booked it for 2000NIS for 1 night - including 30mins of massage for both of us - for our anniversary The worst When we entered the room, we saw that there is hair on our bad and floor. I called to the reception twice - they said that someone would come soon to clean and we could leave. In 3 hours, we were back to the room to see that it just didn’t happen. I went to the reception to hear that the administrator doesn’t have enough people and he was all alone to respond to 3 phones. Then he brought someone who said that they would clean our room THE NEXT DAY. Once I asked if he would sleep on the bad with someone’s hair on it, he agreed to change the sheets himself. After half an hour, nobody came. We called to reception again. The response was - “we are 200% booked and don’t have enough people” also, they promised that someone will come soon. So, after another 15 mins, the sheets were changed and we could finally go to the dinner. 4 hours 3 calls 1 time at the reception 1 “sorry” 0 bonuses, gifts or anything Thousands “good” recommendations from us in the future The view It’s a good part. The view is stunning The food and restaurant stuff Really lovely. The steak at the dinner was great. The stuff was fast and kind The message Super relaxing. The stuff is also great The spa A bit old, but still function great It wasn’t crowded on Thursday or Friday morning

this is a hotel we like and have been there a few times already. the reason we like is the adjacent beach and pool (both are actually out of the hotel's responsibility but accessible to hotel guests. the beach is perfect and never too crowded. there's a single restaurant at the beach but it's very good. the pool is amazing, very big, shadowed, spacious. so far the good stuff that brought us back. there is no kids activity or playground. pool is not accessible with stroller, and the way to the pool is overly complicated. the hotel building itself is so-so. you can tell it's been renovated but not well maintained. the rooms are fine, some imperfections all around, maybe even moldy or broken spots. but for us nothing deal breaking. the view from most rooms is extraordinary and the balcony is nice. shower gets stinky due to lack of ventilation. the corridor on our flow had horrible smell of (i think) vomit. it stayed the same throughout our stay. we asked the cleaning crew to take care of it which they did not. one time i asked the receptionist for some soap and waited 30 minutes for it (while nagging about it every 5 min). the AC in the room turns back on every time you shut the balcony door which is annoying. the AC is directed straight at the bed and is very strong eventually on the lowest fan speed. the food is fine. breakfast is better than dinner but both are mediocre for me. israeli standard is high when it comes to variety especially at breakfast which the hotel kept, but the quality was just mediocre. overall it's a decent hotel with good adjacent amenities and reasonably priced.

I went to this hotel in Hadera for two nights. The check in was absolutely horrible. The Check in is from 15:00 and I was told to wait a few minutes. I have two children waiting with me and after 15min I asked again about the check in and was told I will receive a message. I asked the reception that the check in is at 15:00 and he told me it is from 15:00 and was arrogant. After 30min I asked again at the reception and only then I was given the room key, I said it is not fair and that I will check out at 11:30 am due to the fact that my room was not ready, the receptionist arrogantly told me that you will check out at 11:00 am. I heard a woman complain that she don't want to stay there due to the bad service. The hotel room was mediocre and although we were 4 people only two towels were provided. There were no linen for the sleeper couch and I had to ask for some and they provided it. The views are great but I think you pay for the view. The restaurant at the lobby served great and quality food and the service there was exceptional. The breakfast at the dining hall was awesome with variety of food (Israeli) and their service was great as well. I must say, the hotel management should consider training their receptionists and tell them to be more considered and friendly.

Worst service I've seen. Stephanie was in the reception. She was mad from the begging (at life) and treat us very very poorly. I was very surprised. They promise us a room at 9 am and we came from very far but the room was denied to us. She said that it was imposible that they told us it will be ready. THE HOTEL IS EMPTY. I just read the reviews and I see they don't care about making anything work better. Is so sad. It looks pretty and has potential. But looks like a ghost hotel.

The room we got was very dirty and under maintenaned. Hairs and crumbs on the floor, oil\grease stains on windows frames, dust everywhere. for some reason, we had a shared door with the room next to us, and could smell their Nargila flavour in our room and the loud music... Just look at the pictures. I really hope this was a rare case. We chcked out few hours from the check in... Thx for the service manager to gave us a full refund when asked to leave... The manager at least had the courtesy to offer us a compensation, in a form of a free weekend, but we preffered not to. I guess each guest milage will vary. Good luck. At least the view from the porch was spectacular.

Though rooms are clean and not bad, the service was dissapointing. In the reservation, that was done in the group, when asking about check out, it was promised to have check out at 3pm. When arriving to the hotel, surprisingly it was changes to 11 am and said that 3pm was their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, the lady in the reception chose to argue and not willing to make anything to make us feel better. The dinner was very dissapointing with cold food. The breakfast though is recommended. Will not come back here because of the service at the reception. Rude

Cleanliness in the hotel was horrible: The room that we received was dirty, the hallway was dirty, even the dining room at 8 am was dirty! When I complained to the receptionist about the room and hallway she said that the hallway will be cleaned shortly, then 2 hours later when I asked again she said that it will be cleaned only the next day. Now it's 11:40 on the next day and it wasn't cleaned yet! Beyond that during breakfast it was obvious that the salads and some of the pastries were not prepared on the same day (one of the employees even admitted to that).

Went there with all my family l, 20 people, 7 rooms, 4 suites. 1. The rooms were dirty, I mean you couldn't go barefoot. 2. Shower towels and room curtains, were dirty with stains. 3. They changed our exit time without our consent. 5. The rooms were lacking basic utilities(spoons, tea, air dryer... So on) 6. The food was disgusting. 7. This hotel is expensive abd not worth the price. 8. The kids swiming pool was closed with no other solution. We will never go back here!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience has left me with a negative impression of both your establishment and my time in Israel. The unfriendly and unhelpful staff, coupled with the lack of information regarding Shabbat restrictions on water and food, were disheartening as a foreign solo traveler with limited time in the country. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned, an unnecessary travel cot occupied space, and the absence of Wi-Fi hindered my ability to work. Despite assurances of a resolution, the issue was not addressed. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I urge you to take these concerns seriously, striving to improve your services for future guests.

A very Average stay.. The hotel was supposed to be renovated so we were excited but it looked as though the only changes were the outside and the lobby. The rooms were old, with uncomfortable furniture, the pillows were lumpy and so uncomfortable and the coffee station was nearly empty and didn’t have any mugs. Also The pool is not so close and you need to walk a bit. The only good thing was the amazing view of the sea and the balcony.

The worst hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 17:00. Received a "suite" room that had hair on the bed. We are three adults and had also in the room a used baby crib. The sofa with a bed function was not opened and prepared for our stay. The entire sofa had oil spots on it. The floor, bathroom and toilet was not clean. The furniture were broke and the walls were peeling. We were staying at the reception until they will re clean the room. At 18:30 we came back to a room that still had a closed bed function in the sofa and also none towels! Not even small towels to clean the hands. Unbelievable! Don't worth the money. Paid here 1800 ISL per night and definitely regret it all. Lovely pictures from the "suite" are attached.

It is safe to say I have never had a worse experience IN MY LIFE than I did at the Resort Hadera by Jacob Hotels. From being attacked, having workers enter our room with no knock and a ‘do not disturb’ sign up, to having our keys stop working daily. The thought of this hotel makes me sick. A side note, I am currently 8 MONTHS PREGNANT (33 weeks) and felt incredibly unsafe as well as stressed the entire stay. Like mentioned before, we were physically attacked within the hotel, on our way back from a wedding. We were entering the hotel lobby( with the bride and groom) when 6 men began beating us, throwing chairs at us, etc. This happened inside the lobby. I ran to the man working there, begging him to call for help. Not only did he not call the police, he just stared at me. The morning after; we demanded the head of their security to check the cameras. He did, and confirmed our story yet continued to say there is nothing we can do. The stress from this attack actually brought on contractions and left the bride in a panic attack. You would think the hotel would do anything in its power to help, or to at least make us feel more comfortable, but no. We didn’t know it was possible but it kept getting worse. I am in AWE at everything that has happened. All we want to do is to leave but there is no where else for my family and I to stay and no option of getting our money back for this booking. Overall, this hotel is unsafe (no safely locks on the doors, hence why people were able to get into our rooms), has the worst customer service, a very dirty dining room, etc. i seriously could go on for pages but I feel like it’s best I stop here. I hope this helps future guests rethink about booking this location, especially for a family event or stay. It is not safe.

I have chosen this hotel to sleep over, one day before my marriage. Everything started when I have sent an email weeks before landing, to let them know I was going to get married in Israel and have chosen the hotel to organize myself. First of all, they have taken weeks to reply. I did not ask much, but what I have asked was denied. I have arrived to the hotel at 10pm and the first thing we have heard, was that we won’t be able to check-in, as we didn’t have with us the B2. I visit Israel since very young and never heard something like that. Also we searched for that rule over the Internet and didn’t find nothing about it. What was written: If I had passport and boarding passes, that would be enough. After a lot of discussion, Isaac said that the day after we would be able to solve everything but insisted that I needed to give him my Visa card details. I take this opportunity to say that the reception guy called “Isaac”/“Itzhak” was one of the worst professional people I have ever met in my life. I have been working in tourism over the past 5 years and this is unacceptable. I have asked him his last name and the complaint book, and he refused to give me both. Today I have checked my bank account and discovered that I was charged +42€ for something that I don’t even know what is it. This is the worst service I have seen in my life.

This hotel definitely surprised us after reading other reviews. It's situated right on the sea front, rooms have stunning views, the whole hotel was clean, food was varied with something for everyone and the breakfast was opulent. The staff were polite and always willing to assist!

The hotel is in a great location with great view and nice small beach. Food was very good and lots of options, the hotel rooms need a full gut renovation with new furniture then this hotel can be a gem. They need better maintenance.

We went to the Resort Hadera for Chavouot and were very happy to find that there was a Beth Chabad inside the hotel! Rabbi Daniel Elefant welcomed us so nicely, we had all the offices in a beautiful Synagogue on the 4th floor of the hotel. He also organized a lot of activities for the kids. Bottom line a great place even for observant people. Highly recommended

We visited this hotel May 12th - May 16th. The room was quite big but not really tidy. The view from the balcony was awesome but we could not use the outdoorpool belonging to the hotel. The Indoor Pool was quite crowded and because of the lack of cleanliness we didn't use it. The mediterranian sea was great, though. But the beach wasn' t tidy either. 5 Stars for the food!

Very disappointing, i ordered wns if March and a received 4 days before coming a mail saying the outside pool was out of service. I missed the mail because contrarily to the other mail i received from them with the hotel name, this one was from a personnal account. When i went to the reception, the woman was very condescending, she answered she didn't force me to stay (i have 2 young kids so it took organization for them to be cared for one night) i said i had no time to look for something else. She looked at me and said "i cannot magically make appear a pool" which i said no you can't but you could try to think of another way to make me feel less disappointed (it had been 2 years since my husband and i had a night just the 2 of us) She said she will think of it and contact me but never did!! Also the food at breakfast was really not good and bread was so dry!

Very bad experience. The rooms were poorly designed, minimum towels, bed sheets doesn't fit, windows so dirty. The food in the restaurant was really bad, the pool is a public pool of the erea and not the hotels. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Its relatively new hotel, yet, its not feel.that way. Our suite was in the 16 floor with a great view but felt very old. You can not get any service, front desk not answer mist of the time. Breakfast was very good. We had a massage in the spa, expensive and not worth it. The hotel is very isolated, no options what to do around, and wite only one expesive restaurant, you need to drive for any other options.

Service good fantastic views from the room, inside pool very nice. The rooms need updating and general maintenance was poor such as peeling paint, peeled veneer on furniture Maybe this was due to being closed down because of Covid. Breakfast very good

Nice hotel away from the crowd. Great pool, great access to the beach. Staff was responsive. Room wasn't ready at check in and they gave us late check out. Hotel has a nice spa offering massages, a fitness center, indoor pool, saunas. Signage around the hotel could be better, a little confusing to navigate. No luggage room or on site parking. Parking, which is free, is half a block away in an outdoor open lot. No access driveway to the hotel to drop off luggage and check in. A few parking spots on the street in front, so that was a little annoying. Check in had long line and only 2 people at the front desk so it took a long time. Really nice room with terrace overlooking the beach and pool, nice bathroom. Even thought the hotel was full it was fairly quiet. Covid compliance; staff wore masks, temperature taken at the door, health form at check in. Hand sanitizer dispensers on every floor by the elevators. Tablea in the dining room weren't 3 meters apart. Staff served everything at the breakfast buffet wearing gloves and masks.

A large, new hotel close to the beach. There is short walk to the beach that is not big. All rooms has sea view. The rooms are in good size but the build quality is not so good. The lobby is very noisy, with bad acoustic. There is no dedicated parking lot, and in the summer the parking is a problem, because there is a public beach.

(Translated by Google) The cleanliness of the rooms is shocking. Stained towels and sheets. They seem to have put putty on the walls and not finished. Rust in toilet facilities. Low level food The outdoor pool is excellent but does not belong to the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is clearly the location. It is situated only a minute away from the shore, all rooms have an amazing view of the sea. We also thought the deluxe suites were very spacious, the beds were comfy and quite big. AC was working well, and the overall facilities were in good shape and desk service was pleasant. A few set backs from our experience - The suites were cozy but not very well cleaned. Our bathroom had spots of mold. The food wasn't good - the salads, the meat, side dishes.. everything was either tasteless or too much salty / spiced. Variety of the food was ok, but again, it just didn't taste good. You can also hear quite a lot through the room's walls (noises..). Overall, we had a good experience and this hotel does provide the "basics" quite well but from our experience, the highlight just pretty sums up to be the the pretty view.. the rest was far from being the best. Good for families / big groups.

Close to home yet felt like going abroad with the added selection of local culinary. The indoor pool was actually heated to the point it is comfortable to get in, even for ones who expect the pool to be shower temp. Enjoy!

Positives: - Check-in was friendly, but took a while. - The view from the room - amazing! Negatives: - THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OUTDOOR POOL! The outdoor pool is listed on their website - and for a couple of years now - it would seem that this outdoor pool has not been operating. There are pictures of a gorgeous outdoor pool all over their website, however, it seems to always be closed or under maintenance. We only found out during our check-in that it would be closed the whole weekend - I should have left and demanded a refund, but I was there for an event, so I could not. Apparently now, they seem to call guests before their stay to let them know that the outdoor pool is closed. This is slightly better, but IMHO, this is 100% false advertising. I have checked other reviews and groups and they all seem to say the same thing - that the outdoor pool was closed for “x” reason. This is not okay. Y’all need to do better and update your website and it’s pictures so it does not include this so-called outdoor pool! - We asked for a crib upon check-in and it never came. Our daughter ended up sleeping with us in the bed. No apologies - they just never showed up, even after reminding them three times to come. Unbelievable. When we told them about it (again) the next day - no apologies and still no crib. For the record, before our stay, I confirmed that they had cribs and they said they did.

I stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The food is pretty good and there is a large variety at the buffet. There isn't much to do around the hotel so you basically stay in the hotel all day. I didn't have much interaction with the staff (which I guess is a good thing) All in all it's a nice place to stay if you need to be in the area

Me and my wife spent 2 nights in this hotel. The service was extremly bad; worth I have received in my entire life. The poeple from the receptions are unqualified and not welcoming. We found out the room durty : in the bed : some hairs; in the bathroom : the mirror not clean. From far not recommended...
