The location is good, the service was excellent, the waiter was constantly serving our needs and was familiar with all the menu. The food was very Italian and big portions. The creme boule pistachio was delicious.

Awesome! We came in, a party of 3, luckily we ordered as the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Even so, service was impeccable, on time, efficient but not nagging. We did not for a second feel they were busy with others (and they were...) On top of that, food was excellent, fresh, and we got pampered with a couple of extras. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Loved the place. The service was excellent, the food tasty, the place is well maintained and left us willing to come back. The waitress was genuinely courteous and super helpful in selecting the meals we loved. The chocolate ice cream for the kids, was an unexpected treat that totally sealed Raffaelo as one the best restaurants in the area.

The food was amazing! The atmosphere is very nice and the place is pretty clean. But they forgot one of the dishes so we waited for a long time... Yet, the food is worth it. Overall, this is a very good restaurant. The service, in general, is very good. I do recommend it.

Authentic and beautiful interior, great food and service. They really treated us, we sat on the bar for lunch and we got shots, refreshing sorbet and a small dessert. Not a lot of places are so generous with their customers. Delicious and joyful experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The restaurant is located in the shopping mall at a busy intersection, but we have got better service and tastier food than at most cheeky restaurants in Tel Aviv.

I know refallo for a very long time from the haifa branch and i always liked it, but this specific branch is better to my opinion, excellent service and great italian experience.

The food was yummy and our waiter Hadar was super nice and friendly. The only downside is that the Pistachio Brûlée wasn’t that good as well as the Ceviche.

The food was really great, if you're looking for top quality Italian food that would be your best option. Everything was absolutely delicious, the staff were super nice and helpful. Though the restaurant isn't cheap at all but it all comes down to the good quality of the food. Plenty of parking in the shopping center, it is very recommended to book a table ahead.

Family dinner was my reason for the visit, ordered a pizza, lazagna, some pastas. Quality was very good, service was also nice, the restaurant is located in a nice compound of stores which also makes a nice bonus with kids attractions All around. My only concern was the price which was too high for my feeling

Liked this restaurant before, yesterday arrived just to eat desert. Was very disappointed by the price and the size of it. We took Tiramisu, the price is 47 shekels, for one very small glass. That's crazy, i regret i didn't take photo. Its just ridiculous to pay almost 50nis for such small mini cup . And its not a high restaurant in Code D'azur in France, its Pardes Hana, very basic place. Such price is too much. Don't have a desire to come again, unfortunately

Great service, excellent food with original dishes, beautiful plating, the place has an ambience and warmth. Three course meal for two including wine 534 shekel including 15 % tip. Not cheap but well worth it.

We ordered 2 pasta based dishes (one carobona style smoked goose and the other spicy with beef, pine nuts, greens and chilis), 2 Pizzas, one of them with goat cheese, and another meet based dish. All the dishes were excellent. Balanced tastes, aesthetically served and well sized portions. On top of that the service was very good and our waiter was very pleasant and sensitive to our culinary needs. Al in all I highly recommend.

First outing since the Corona.... and I'm glad we came here. The pizza was delicious, service was impeccable and cleaning standards out of this world. Staff was all wearing masks and gloves and made us feel very safe :)
