A good price for unique stuff, miniature cups and animals. Cool things from everywhere (such as Thailand, Nepal, India..) and staff have good taste. Visit Taiwan 🇹🇼 sometime!

Great store. They have lots of nice quality clothes, jewelry, household items like mirrors & blankets and knick knacks. Lots of things to see. Prices were ok depending on what your buying. The sale rack had a great selection.

This is one of the cutest store in downtown! Always love to shop here in weekends and always can find something for my friends or my house! The people who work here are super nice and friendly. The decor and the atmosphere is always so warm and cozy! Just the heads up, during the pandemic they limit 3-4 people in the shop at one time, so be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes before getting in.

This store is an experience. Go in with an open mind to try and NOT buy everything as it's filled with garments, home accessories, jewelry, incense, etc. Everyone can find something to beautify themselves or their home or a gift for someone you like. Found a crochet/macrame pillow there that I've been thinking of for a few days... fingers crossed, it's still there.

So interesting, and so much to see. Can't take it all in at one visit. Staff were incredible. My facial mask strap broke, and out of no where a staff member was by side offering a new mask. That's customer service.

The selection is gorgeous, I wish I had enough space to take all the dresses with me. Luckily they had my favourite, which is mini figurines of everyday life. I got a mini plate and mug and some wonderful perfume and all reasonably priced. The store is beautifully decorated inside and out. I am glad my friend who lives here reccomended it to me.

My daughter and I shop here whenever we go to Halifax. Tons of products and staff is great And helpful products are all handmaid beautiful to look at. And prices are really good to purchase.

I have been going here as long as I can remember. It is one of the only happy memories of my teenage years/adult life. I always feel so welcome and loved and like I’m home when I come into this store. I love all the effort and hard work the owners put into making this such a special place. The employees are amazing, helpful and so welcoming. I recommend this to anyone who comes into Halifax. I certainly come every single time I’m in the city whether it’s a $10 trip… or a $100 trip. Love love love love this store so much.

It's absolutely lovely boutique that is always bustling with people. They have a wide arrange of jewelry, clothing and even handmade products that have kept me going back over the last 7 years. Overall the staff is delightful and in great spirits. I would highly recommend Black Market if you're looking for a place to treat yourself or looking for a gift for someone.

This has been my favourite store since I was a child, and continue s to be in my 40's. The prices are reasonable and the products are bought ethically from small family businesses. It can be a little cramped, but they take the covid protocols and health and safety of staff and patrons seriously. Love, love, love!
