An amazing yoga studio with incredible staff, a welcoming (and clean) atmosphere and a wide range of fantastic classes. There is something for everyone. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Go and check it out! One of if not THE best Yoga studio you can find in Halifax!!

After trying just about every yoga studio in the city, I find On the Mat to be the perfect studio. Although the studio doesnt offer hot yoga, the prices are lower than other studios, which is a perk. This studio is outside of the downtown area so parking is ample. The studio itself is very warming and the offering of tea, free mat rentals and chocolates are all additional reasons I love the studio. As for the classes, it's hard to find a challenging flow in the city... This studio offers amazing Vinyasa and Power Flow classes that will make you feel the burn you felt when you first began to practice. The instructors are what put this studio over the top, each and every one has a unique style of teaching, but they all make you feel so welcome to be at class. Overall, you'll leave this studio in a better place than when you arrive.
