👍👍 My 5 year old son started going to classes here a few weeks ago and I've found it to be a great choice for martial arts plus he loves the interactions.
The teachers are great and friendly and know their stuff. Classes are affordable as well.
Highly recommended.

👍👍 An amazing yoga studio with incredible staff, a welcoming (and clean) atmosphere and a wide range of fantastic classes. There is something for everyone. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Go and check it out! One of if not THE best Yoga studio you can find in Halifax!!

👍👍 If you want to learn more about Ashtanga yoga especially, Terrilee is one of the most knowledgable teachers in Nova Scotia. She is able to teach beginners and those who have practiced for years with gentle guidance and clear direction and is offering online and in-person classes.
