My laser appointment was canceled yet again by Kirenia without any explanation. Kirenia is the owner of RR Salon. The service is great once inside, but I have been trying to get my laser appointments done for over a year now, and she has canceled many times during that year. I am sure some of her excuses were legitimate, but most were because she had something else to do. I schedule my appointments well in advance when I know I am going to be in Halifax, but she ends up canceling them anyway. I had made up my mind that I was going to give this place a bad review if she canceled one more time. I have also been trying to contact her since late last year but there has not been any reply from her, and I have also heard from a mutual friend that she had canceled on many other people many times over some time. The business is in trouble, and now I can understand why. She will not perform the work when the work is there. Good luck Kirenia with RR Salon, but I do not think you deserve a thriving business treating your customers this way.

Kirenia loves what she does and is absolutely phenomenal at doing it. I’ve been going to her for months now and the level of self confidence she has given me due to her services is something I cannot get over. She is kind, approachable, listens to your concerns, and takes her time with all of her services. I would recommend her for any of your needs, you will not be disappointed !

Unbelievable customer service Kirenia goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers have the best experience and are satisfied with her treatments. I myself had IPL facial and could not believe the difference this made in my skin. It reduced fine lines and made me look younger. I highly recommend Kirenia for all your facial needs

I love this salon. The owner and staff are very friendly and professional. She offers awesome deals and the latest technology like body cavitation and IPL hair removal. I’m very pleased with the results of my treatment. I am going to come back and refer this salon for sure.

I was just going to have a plain blunt bob, but she suggested a different thing, still short, but I was surprised on how it looks good to me. I will go back to get my trims.

The spa is very conveniently located in Halifax. Kirenia went the extra mile when offered amazing services. I went in for pressotherarapy and cavitation and both services were delivered in a very professional manner. I will certainly recommend them and go again in the future.

I am so happy I found out about riena royale, the team does amazing work always good things for me to say . I usually am with vanessa for my pedicures, waxing,facial treatments, Mary makes my nails and brows look great. Love what I see kirenia is doing great her business is thriving and while she is the owner she also is able to help with any needs and or services she will be bringing laser soon and I cant wait for the hair removal kirenia keep up the great work I will be ur lash ,laser, micro-needling client always
