I bought a nice looking white baseball cap for running and it fell apart in the laundry. I thought maybe that was a fluke so I bought another one. When that also fell apart, I took them both back. The manager said I wasn't supposed to wash them. Imagine not washing a running hat! They gave me no refund, not even a store credit. If their hats fall apart in the laundry, why trust their other clothing? Also, they've demonstrated that they don't stand behind their products.

I bought this bag from this store, I do love this bag. So many pockets and nice strap drop length. I can use it as a gym bag, it fits everything I need. Strong material. The staff were really helpful.

Went into the store today to return two items that I bought a few months ago that have a performance issue , and the stupid caucasian dummy told me it was not a performance issue I would have to call online support, I just went to Halifax shopping centre last week and return an item that I had an issue with no problem, I find this store pick and choose who they want to give a hard time too, especially coloured people. If a white person went in there no problem everything is smooth sailing, but if a person with colour went in seems to always have a hard time returning or exchanging items. You guys need to do better all lululemon have the same policies so why am I having a hard time returning or exchanging items that I paid full price for. I also called online support and the lady did tell me it is a performance issue, so I wasted my time and gas for the dummy to tell me it’s not when it is.

I was at the store on Friday night. The tank top guy at check out was slightly racist. He made me feel like I was not welcomed, he didn't interact at all also he completely ignored me after I was saying something. But with other customers he was very talkative. I strongly suggest the store should have done better training to deliver high quality customer service.

The staff were incredibly nice on my Monday morning visit! Felt the location had a larger selection, loved the natural lighting.

Central location with bus stop right in front of the store. The layout of the store is cramped with products and shelves everywhere which makes for a relatively crowded store when there are equally a large crowd of people looking at products. Didn’t like how the cross body bags were shelved in the line up at the check out making it difficult to look at the products without blocking other people lining up for the cashier.

This is a fairly new location as they moved up the street from a previous building. The new space is bright, inviting, and provides much more room to move around than before. Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and despite the huge crowds of people waiting in line for change rooms or to pay, everyone seems easy going and is able to provide great customer service. They even have a small section for hemming off to the side near the cash.

It’s just another lululemon. But also seem to find a good deals. Halifax shop I don’t care for so much so I come here.
