    The store manager Hamza was extremely rude and disrespectful making the entire shopping experience extremely uncomfortable for my partner; Upon checkout one of the items being purchased from the sale table/drawers, (which were a mess) wasn't in fact on sale and his response was "just go grab another one" in a condescending, unapologetic tone, upon being confronted about being rude his response was "okay awesome" with a grin on his face. After paying and leaving the store Homza crosses our path and tells us to have a good day while turning to his colleagues audibly laughing, So I asked him if something was funny to which he responded no, I told him again he's being very rude and disrespectful. Hamza then questions us how he was rude so we uncomfortably turned around and walked out of the store. What an awful uncomfortable shopping experience and a terrible representation of Victoria Secret.

    I was at the store today. All the social distancing is fine. When I got to the cash. No one was in line and a customer was just finishing. So when the other customer left, I walked up to the till. She was playing on the computer and told me "Just one minute." Also, fine. Then when she finished she called the person behind me (who wasn't there when I approached the counter) and refused to serve me. She continued to serve other people as they came up behind me (again, they weren't there before me) I could understand it if I had cut in line or something, but I hadn't. I was flabbergasted. I went to a different cashier who checked me out willingly without issue. I don't know what this girl's problem was. I didn't know her and I am certain I hadn't cut in front of anyone. It was profoundly rude. If I had, she should have at least told me there were other people she was serving first. Anyhow, I don't think I will be back. My money will go to stores that appreciate my patronage.

    Felt looked down on the entire time. Staff stared the entire time and stood next to me, I was planning on spending 100+ $ but they made me very uncomfortable.

    I recently went into the store to browse and kill time before my shift (I work at the mall) I was primarily looking at underwear.. I don't fit into VS as I have a 28 band. The sales rep literally told me to gain weight in order to fit into their products. I will never be returning to VS. I spoke to Hamza the following day who was great.

    What kind of store won’t do a basic size exchange for something in store that was ordered online? Complete waste of time and horrible customer service.

    Jay was the nicest person ever. She helped my daughter find the perfect bra, and for a tween that is awkward that is huge. Not only did she find the perfect fit so built her confidence! Thanks

    Terrible company for having an employee (Magnolia) that jumps innocent people on the street on the weekends. Shame on the company for allowing someone like that to work for them, really shows their morals.

    Not a store I think I'll be returning to. Walking in got the hello and welcome. But that was it, my friend and I were looking for bras and sleepwear. We left shortly after entering because when we asked a consultant about our sizes I was looking for 38 band for a DD I got a tongue click and a eye roll. My friend didn't feel comfortable and neither did I.

    The store has lots to offer the ladies. Always a friendly courteous staff who are willing to assist you with your needs. I like to go in for the sales & I feel very comfortable in the store.

    Horrible experience on the Victoria’s Secret side.I was on the pink side the customer service was really good but wanted A bikini top, they didn’t have any left on the pink side so the worker took me over to the swimsuits on the VS side .when I went over to the Victoria’s Secret side I was gritted by a worker and asked if I needed help I said yes and I proceeded to ask the girl if there is any hot pink bathing suit tops she asked me what measurements I am I told her one of my measurements and she proceeded to act shocked and made me feel really bad not long after that I proceeded to walk out, this is not the first time but the SECOND TIME this is happened to me with the exact same worker and the same problem it’s horrible personally if you’re gonna sit there and body shame people maybe you shouldn’t be working as a sales associate

    I know it's an american thing to come to the customers just in the minute they enter the shop, but i don't like it at all. And here in VS it is too much. They dont let you just have look, walk through the shop. They will sure ask you a tons of questions about your underwear 😀. Really not my thing and I escaped as soon as I could. I prefere if they say 'if you need assistance, please let me know.'

    Worst customer service like all the comments say , there is a guy in store who would stare at you like you are shop lifting, and 2 girls always on the cash counter and one girl who keeps on roam around asking you need any help with full makeup, they actually give you fake smile, i returned my items at the counter the lady kept on looking and showed me attitude, u are big company why dont u teach employees how to behave and show some respect

    The manager Hamza was rude to me and my partner 3 different times in the same shopping trip. When mentioned he was rude and made us feel uncomfortable, he decided to escalate the situation by continuing to be rude and unapologetic. It's the day before Valentine's, should be a busy day at Victoria Secret but with staff like that I can see why the store is empty.

    Milli was an awesome help! She helped my shop for my wife’s Christmas stocking stuffers. I’d highly recommend asking for Milli to help. Also, the entire team was extremely nice considering how busy it was. Very happy customer!

    This store was a wonderful first shop for me. I got a cute and comfy bra in a bright and cheerful store that seemed endless in terms of selection. My first choice in underroos wasn't quiet right so my second trip was equally as pleasant with their return process was easy peasy. Quick exchange with my original receipt and unworn items. Staff are lovely. Very good impression. Definitely will shop here again.

    Amazing customer service but I was actually a bit overwhelmed with all the different scents that were being tested for me. I bought some for myself and as a gift. When I opened it at home I found I bought the wrong scent. I looked up the return policy online and there was nothing specific written about products or condition. In store they said that since the pkg was open they couldn't exchange it. It had to be in sellable condition. Ultimately they did service the request as a customer service but I thought it was a bit stringent considering everything they sell is unsellable after being removed from the shelf. Even Walmart takes back fully opened products. It's very common practice among major retailers.

    Stepped in recently and couldn't turn a corner without a new associate trying to hand me another product or steer me in another direction. Especially with social distancing still a concern, it was tiring having to decline over and over again. I was relieved to buy a bra (which was cute, at least) and get out of there.

👍👍 This is a really cool Mall experience every time we visit. Located in one of the best areas in Halifax. I rate a 5-star. The very spacious food court has a great selection of places to choose from for your meal. Nice place to shop with a great selection of shops to browse through. Steve G.

😐 SmartCentres is a stupid entry in Google Maps. I think it is the company that owns the building that Walmart Bayers Lake is in. Honestly, who cares about the landlord.
