My Dad’s Tudor watch was made new again thanks to the professional team at Touch of Gold. Purchased in the early 1970’s, this watch was worn everyday of my Dad’s life. It had seen decades of mistreatment. Years of fishing, hunting, sailing and just plain good out door living and it showed. The Touch of Gold team worked hard to find someone to work on it and then negotiated with Rolex to get us the original bracelet attached. The watch is back in pristine condition and a piece of my Dad lives on my brother’s wrist. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end product, the process and even the price. As another year comes to an end I’d just like to wish Karen and Mike and the staff of Touch of Gold a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! My wife and I have been dealing with Touch of Gold for over 30 years and really appreciate the way Karen takes care of us when we are interested in making a purchase. I’m a blue collar guy and usually show up in a pair of jeans and a dirty ball cap but I’m always treated in a polite professional manner with no pressure. Over the years we’ve purchased our wedding rings, my wife’s engagement ring, various jewelry items and several Swiss timepieces and the quality has always been excellent and the pricing fair. We hope to eventually pass it on to our grandchildren and hopefully they’ll enjoy it as much as we have for many more years. Recently I’ve purchased a couple Rolex’s and an Omega Moonwatch and they’re amazing watches and I feel very fortunate to have them and thank Karen and Mike because I realize they receive very few of them and therefore very hard to come by. Bought a new Tudor Black Bay Chrono from this store and received it quickly. Unfortunately the bracelet was scratched in multiple locations along with the clasp. Feels like this "new" watch has been desk diving. Zero inspection prior to shipping. Store offered to return and polish but why would I want to polish a new watch? Will not be purchasing from this place again. Learned my lesson.

Very disappointed. I went there to buy a Mont Blanc pen. They appeared to have adequate inventory. I wanted to sample each of the three different tips. I was thinking fountain pen but wanted to experience how it felt to use. The young sales associate answered most of my questions and I did sample two tips but she would not put ink in a fountain pen. Thus, I could not sample it. Are you kidding?! If I’m going to drop $700+ on a pen, I had better be able to see what it writes like! Could you imagine buying an expensive watch a not being allowed to try it on?!😡 Brad

I had purchased an expensive neck piece which came with a fastener I found very difficult to use; I began to dread the struggle to put it on and stopped wearing and enjoying it. In discussing the problem with the staff of Touch of Gold, they proposed a number of options to resolve the issue. However each seemed to be an expensive solution. Finally, I took in a little used necklace of my own to the staff and they kindly arranged to have the clasp from that necklace installed on my new jewelry at no cost! OMG, I feel like dreaming. I am going to tell you the true story about purchasing my Rolex. Mary Beth Boyd is an angel, I asked her lots of questions about Rolex, and she is so patient to answer, even some stupid questions. I told her that I want to have a Daytona, but she said everyone wants Daytona, its very difficult to get. Okay, I mean I can wait, she’s like: ok, which Daytona do you want? Do not say the rare one, like meteorite. I cannot even think about that one, its too far away from me. However, guess what? Mary helped me got one. She called me this afternoon, and told me she had the one I am really dreaming for. I was supposed to pick up my kids at that time, but I just called my wife to get them, I must go to see Mary. The Meteorite Daytona, its very special, incredible and amazing. I cannot say how happy I am, just feel like dreaming. Unbelievable, I finally have one, and it’s way much better than I expect.
