It’s a budget hostel. You get what you pay for. It was clean, neat and service was what I needed for a quick one night layover stay. Check in/out was quick and smooth. Fresh clean towels and sheets and the overall place felt clean and safe. For what I paid I think it was really good value for money

The worse service ever!! The management is very bad. They kicked me out because I had a friend in the room with me, they gave me a hour to leave even though I was out so that lead them to threaten to call the police on me and they refused to refund me for the rest of the nights I had paid for. I only stayed there for a night but Rooms were very dirty. The sheets don’t get changed and they reuse the same towels without washing them. The house keeper will also touched your stuff without your permission.

If you have a car - you may not have a place to park. Everywhere around the hostel is pay to park. Limited number of parking passes. Towing is enforced. On 2 occasions I woke up to a guy sleeping in the room. Even though I booked the ladies room. Good location. The heavier man at the front desk - tried his best to be helpful. But everything you ask or need has to be put in an email. No wifi in the rooms.

Worst Hostel ever! Children beds, roaches, ex prisoners as roommates. Racist Knights in Workers. Bposhtels does not own these rooms but sub leases them from other low budget motels. Stay away from any Bposhtel hostels. You will be SORRY!!!!

The architecture is stunning. Everyone that works here is lovely. It's beautiful. Highly recommend booking the activities they have set. The hotel has a lot to offer its guests.

Hostel is inside a Knights Inn. Same as other locations of this brand. There are a few rooms laid out into dorms. Area seems decent enough. Hostel is better than the same brand in Orlando. En-suite with a clean mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was recently cleaned which is a bonus compared to the Orlando location which was never cleaned. I was told parking is not guaranteed for hostel guests. I did get a free parking tag though. I guess you have to get parking off site?! No WiFi in the rooms.

I Didn’t really enjoy my Stay, it’s hard to use the bathroom in the room, whenever you need to Use the bathroom it’s always someone in there and They Refuse to come out, Making You have to Wait for 2 hours. The Housekeeper stole a towel from me that I brought from home, they don’t have Spoons or any other utensils for you. I wish they had another bathroom for people to Use at Night. The other women Staying here are very inconsiderate and made me have a poor stay, they even talk on the phone at 3 am in bed right next to you. If one isn’t on the phone, another girl is on the phone as soon as she wakes up at 6 am, when talking on the phone should be in the common areas only, so there wouldn’t be any noise. One girl stays in the kitchen all day and the other in the bathroom all day, not cool, one lady stays in the room and bed the entire day...

There are bed bugs in the hostel rooms. I got bites on my second night and am familiar with bed bug bites as I've dealt with them before. Edit: I reached out to the hostel as directed in the reply below and never heard back.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. The employees were rude, the floors & towels were dirty ( all of them absolutely disgusting) the bathroom was so gross i couldn’t even take a shower, & the pool was nasty. wouldn’t recommend you’re better off sleeping on the streets.

The room is inside a budget motel that seems like for just a few $ more could have gotten my own room. I was in a mixed room and seems like at least two of my roommates live in the room judging by the room being cluttered with stuff all over. I didn’t feel very safe and thankfully only booked one night. It was also hotter in the room than it was outside and the light coming in from the window made it feel like the middle of the day even though it was the middle of the night. The room itself was fine for the price. I wish I booked the all female room since I was the only female in the mixed room. Mixed usually doesn’t bother me but with these specific roommates it did.

I L❤️VE staying here. This was my 2nd year at this place. I get to meet so many Women from other Countries travelling. The only thing I wish this "dorm" which sleeps six (3 twin-set bunk beds) is that we woul also have a "kitchenette".

I left within 2 hr of check-in because I didn’t feel safe. This has been the worst experience ever. This place is basically a motel room with 3 bunk beds. The room is just filthy and gross. A/C barely works so there’s absolutely 0 ventilation in the room. Don’t waste your time and money

The hostel is a good place to stay a few nights - you get what you pay for. The Rooms are clean, you get fresh towels every day and its close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the bus. The only problem is that they are promoting things that do not exist: - free breakfast: its a bad coffee in the lobby - free wifi: this is only available in the lobby - free luggage storage before or after check-in/out: this is NOT available. Therefore i can only give a 3 star rating.

The hostel was great. I loved the breakfast they had each day. However, the bottom bunks should be about three inches higher, so we do not have to bend our heads.

This was much worse than advertised. The only thing that was honest about the booking was that there were 6 beds in the room. I checked in and asked for the wifi password, since free wifi is listed as an amenity (and standard in almost any accommodation these days), but I was informed there is no wifi in the room, only in the lobby. Then I went to the room and found it a mess. I understand other people had been staying there for days or weeks already, but the dirt and grime all over the floors and walls was not new. Dust and hair along the walls showed n sign of mopping. They don't even provide hand towels or paper towels for the bathroom, so 6 people are using the same bathroom and not even able to dry their hands after washing them. Next not as advertised was the locked bins for each bunk. The bins were there, but no lock to be found. I had to go back and request one from the front desk. I tried contacting Bposhtels via email since there was no phone number but of course they didn't respond at midnight (my flight got in late). And I've yet to get any reply at all. The meet ups and things listed for guests were nonexistant. The pool in the photo looked brand new but this place has a very old and raggedy looking pool. I will not recommend Bposhtels. False advertising and no customer service.

Let’s start at the beginning. Checking in was a chore because the hostel shares its space with a Knights Inn. The front desk to the motel has one sign, a tiny little sticker on the wall that says BPohstels. The line was 8 people deep all checking into the motel. For over 40 minutes I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place. Finally got to the room and as described, 6 beds. One clean one which was obviously the one I reserved. There wasn’t much space for my one little backpack that I had but I made do. The room wasn’t clean at all, but rather cluttered. Apparently, most if not all the other people in the room lived there. Not just visiting the area. They were talking with each other about work and when one person pointed to me the other said “he’s just a visitor”. I truly felt like I was visiting someone’s private home rather than a hostel. The bed itself was a wooden bunk bed that was rather rickety and I’m not a small person. Word to management, while the regulars may pay on time, there should be a limit to how long they stay. The ones in my room were very territorial and made the night extremely uncomfortable.

Do think twice before booking this hotel. I thought the fact I’m super independent would not be an issue to Book a hostel with less than 4 stars and I got very frustrated with customer service and how when I needed them at the most they refused help. When we book a hostel we expect cordiality, comfort and safety and not to be mistreated or receive hate from the owner. Sometimes it is better to pay more to secure a place with better reviews than booking a cheap place that is most likely going out of business and with bad reviews.

Stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. Comfortable, and situated in an area with plenty of options. This time, they were kind to bump my stay for the night before check-in due to int'l fight time changes. Much appreciated!

Great Value! Affordable Hostel with a great staff! The pool is great. Close to the beach. I recommend this place for those trying to save some money. Heidy from housekeeping is great and Ivan from then front desknis too. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

An excellent place to stay. The location is fantastic. Their rooms are amazing!

This place is NOT A HOSTEL. It is a Knights Inn that has dubbed two of their hotel rooms to be hostels (1 all-female room & 1 mixed-gender room). Read the rest of these points carefully before considering if this is the right stay for you: - no wifi either rooms, only in lobby...5 min walk away - no laundry facilities - pool had a scummy bottom - no cooktop in facility, only microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge - only 2 pillows, bottom sheet, uncovered duvet, and fresh towel provided ... Towel cleaned daily - fresh sheets & towels regularly had smudge marks/stains on them - no toiletries provided...female room had leftovers from prev occupants - washroom had no working ventilation, peeling paint on walls - 15 min walk from IDEALIC beach - did see several small roaches run across floor - 5-10 min walk from 3 grocery stores and Starbucks - popular Kosher restaurant on premises UPDATE, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE HOSTEL COMPANY PER THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW AND HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THEM FOR "COMPENSATION".

Would give one star if I could. Made a booking weeks in advance and requested a bottom bunk, but was told when I got there that they already assigned it. Owner then refused to give a refund until I got very upset. Very unethical way of doing business.

Really fantastic stay! The absolutely beautiful and picturesque setting and buildings. Facilities are absolutely top-notch to keep you entertained during your stay. Well-groomed and enormous estate to walk around if the weather is good. Had a 90-minute session at the spa, which was good value, and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended for a getaway.

This "hostel" is actually Knight Inn. Very confusing when you arrive. It is very much a run down motel vibe. It was filthy, smelled like dirty socks and urine every where, and I didn't feel safe there. The only positives was someone was at the desk both for arrival and check out and it was a short walk to alot of restaurants and shopping choices. I think they over charge for what they offer.

It was great! The only issue for me is that there is no wi-fi in the rooms.

  • 2/5 Donnell A. 1 year ago on Google
Do NOT stay here! The entire place is in major disrepair. It's actually part of a motel (The Knights Inn) that has too many issues to list. The ONLY reason for staying here is if you want to be within a mile of the beach. Do not expect anything else....including clean sheets or a functioning pool.

I am glad it was there as flights canceled and it was a great place to sleep and shower. There is a beach not far and a Walmart 1 min walk lots of food near.
