The quality of the food and the service are well worth the price that you pay. The restaurant has an excellent location right next to one of the Elster canals where you can relax and enjoy the lake while you savor the delicious dishes that the waiter brings to your water-view table. Saliba was undoubtedly the high note of our weekend trip to Hamburg.

Great location, good food, simple short menu. A little overpriced which I believe is due to being a tourist attraction. The host was lovely and had a friendly smile.

A nice modern but still authentic Syrian Restaurant with the typical Arabian welcome and service culture. They hav a very selective but great menue where everybody find his favourite food does not matter if Vegan, Vegetarian or Meet Eater. A great experience

Asked for iced coffee on a 30C degree day. He said we don't have that. We asked if they have ice cubes as they have cocktails. He said they do have ice. When we asked for espresso and a glass of ic e he said, we don't do that. We left.

Love the presentation, the food tasted amazing and flavorful, and the scattered rose petals was on another level! Loved every second being here!

Attitude got us to move on, we never had a chance to test the overprices good. Ordering vester-like light bite was not possible at 16:00 hours... bad service! Really not okay and untriggered. Nasty attitude. Shame... i am sure other can have great experience here. Only when you come with the right needs at the right time.

The food is absolutely delicious. The waiter is friendly and location is great. The price is worth it, considering the high quality of the food. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit it again.

It is absolutely amazing food and friendly people. Due to the pandemic, we ordered food to eat at home and the cook accomodated and advised us about the most suitable options. It was a lot of food, we had leftovers for 3 days and the taste was incredible. I think that the price is totally acceptable for the quality of the food.

Went in for drinks and lunch, but didn't find anything to our liking to eat. Decided to still have a drink at this wonderful water-terrace. "No, no drinks, only full lunch" was the reply.. Ok. Bye!

Whenever i come and visit Hamburg i eat here. It’s so delicious and unique. Better than any other middle eastern restaurant i usually visit. The servers have a good sense of humor which makes you feel welcoming. The view of course is beautiful.

We had lunch there. It is not a cheap place, but food is delicious. The best hummus and falafel ever. Everything we tried was full of flavour.

Really good middle eastern food well prepared and with lovely flavors. I had the lamb tenderloin which was excellent with the accompanying rice and the toppings on it. My other half had the shrimp dish which came with a lovely red sauce and fresh vegetables . Waiter was super and had a sense of humor. The view of the water was a great setting to have dinner.

Very nice food. The lamb meat was very well cooked. The service was friendly and fast without being "pushy" to sell. Will recommend.

Best food of our trip.Would highly recommend The makkaloube and schwarma.Its a Gorgeous and tiny restaurant nestled in a corner with great views .The vibe of the restaurant is relaxed and cozy.This really made our trip .The Service is great too and they add a special touch with the scattered rose petals at every table.A must visit if you love authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.

Excellent food and service; usually places in this location do not offer quality authentic cuisine so we’re glad we decided to try their dinner service. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough and I rarely give reviews.

Excellent food, bad service. The waiters were disrespectful. One of the waiters after I asked him about the restroom, “jokingly” said to me “Toilet over there, massage at home”. Excuse me?

Amazing location poor service. I wanted only a prosecco while I was waiting for a photoshoot. The waiter was not interested in serving me only drinks, but he agreed. They guy brought a prosecco with pomegranate without even talking to me and asking me if I wanted it. I said ok, now that is here Let mw drink it... it was good but he did not offer to change it and simply says it is the way they prepare it! Really? I drank my prosecco and wanted to leave, asked 3 times for check... nothing. Had to stand up and go to the register to pay for my drink! The only good thing ? They had wifi and can wrote this bad review! Rude
