Came into an empty restaurant and was flatly ignored for 15 minutes. Left without ordering - I couldn’t if no one was going to take my order!

Used to visit the old place in St.Georg many years ago. Moved away, came back to HH and found them in Langenhorn. Good to see that some things don‘t change - still some of the best pulled meats in town.

Some of the best customer service tonight, we had 3 people attending us and they were all absolutely lovely. The food was also great, but the service made it a really nice experience. So rare to find in Germany.

Burgers, Cheese Steak were good. The fries were on another level - amazing taste!

I was in the area one night and saw a lot of people inside which made me save the place for later. What a good decision. The huge and splendid sandwiches made with a brioche bread or baguette bread include either pulled chicken, pork or beef. Sides include fries, sweet potatoes or salads. The chef was very nice. It's just incredible!

Best pooled beef sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Tasty. Not so much oil or salt. I ordered blue cheese menu, with sweet potato fries and a hot beverage. Staff were friendly. Went out of they’re way to explain to is the menu in english. Best experience

Went there for dinner and started with the house made lemonade, amazing. We tried 3 different cheese steak sandwiches and a pulled beef burger. Burger was phenomenal and the steak sandwiches tasted amazing. However, there was one issue: the section where the cheese steaks are listed was not clear as to what ingredients are in the sandwich. Under each sandwich it’s listed that it consists of a “Philly Cheesesteak” and other ingredients, so you need to read what a philly cheese steak is before rushing into ordering! 2 friends of mine who don’t eat spicy food ended up getting sandwiches with jalapeños and chilies, they weren’t very happy. All in all it was amazing and we would definitely visit again.

Good decorated place but with overpriced options and oversalted meat. Cocktails were ok but meat/burger was smelly. We didn't like them.

First things first: The amazing fries have been amazing about 4 Months ago. Today they were more or less mediocre. We had The American and Mexican Ice-Tea, and the American Ice-Tea had a subtle taste of peach and black Tea, and was a bit sour. Do not expect a lot of sugar, the taste was very subtle. The Mexican Ice-Tea was very sour however. For food I had the Honey Mustard Pulled Pork burger with no extras. It was alright. Unfortunately they were out of Pulled-Beef at 18:30 already, and we were told after we ordered drinks and were ready to order food. All in all okay for the price, but one could expect a bit more, to be quite honest.

Delicious burgers and their sauce tastes the best. Pulled meat options in burger are just amazing. Ambience is great. Suitable for family as well. Do try it out. Wanted to take some pictures of the place but totally forgot after the food arrived. Have been there more than 3 times

My son ordered kinds menu and he was satisfied with the burger and french fries and at the end he got a very tasty ice cream .

One of my top favourite dining experiences in Hamburg! Right from the greeting, to the friendly staff and to the amazing food. Being in my 9th month of pregnancy, I have certainly found a place that meets all my cravings! Thanks team Bear Claw! 🤗

The good: - Delicious burgers, meat on point, juicy, filled with meat and salad. Best burgers I’ve had in Hamburg ** so far ** - Good beer - Great fries - Super relaxed and friendly staff - Wide, chilled, spaces Could be better: - Food serving times. Maybe it is how it is so that quality food can be prepared, but I find that it takes a bit too long to get food - My vegetarian partner was not a fan of the vegan burger, claimed it felt a bit too dry, boring, and bland Keep it up Bearclaw! I’ll come back ;)

Very good and tasty cheeseburgers .. I really like the pulled meat concept, a bit like Gulasch but in a tasty burger! Stuff was very friendly and fast :-)

The cheese steak sandwich was perfect and the bun was very soft👌🏻 but am sad to say that the cheese burger wasn’t really burger it was brisket “shredded meat” the food was expensive and the service wasn’t the best

Highly recommended place. It is very easy to order food and drinks via online. Their service is reliable and ontime. I've tasted their hamburger and cheese steak. Both taste perfect!
