Very nice coffee and the vegan brownie was very good, it would be nice to have more vegan cakes

This Caffè is very popular, located in Hamburg old docks attractions, which I can after sightseeing Elbhilharmonie concert hall, and just cross the bridge until you reach the canal and UNESCO - listed warehouse of the Speicherstadt, then turning right few steps you can see Caffè is there. The Caffè shop is mazing you see entire Caffè making process, from the beans to the Caffè deliver your table.

Highly recommend to enjoy breakfast here! The service is so perfect. Super friendly and fast. There is a huge coffee selection and great choices for sweet and salty breakfast. For the weekend I would recommend making a reservation, otherwise you have to calculate around 30mim waiting time.

This is a nice coffee cafe with the roastery central to the cafe/shop so that you can watch the roasting process. The Honduras coffee beans were roasted a little darker than I prefer, but still a nice cup of coffee. Good apple strudel as well.

Overall the experience and food were great! Service in English was fantastic. Loved the fruit bowls. Bagels were good but bread was not warm and toasted. Coffee was superb!

We had to wait in a line to enter the coffee shop. The cakes were ok, kinda home-made but I expected them to be better.

a huge, crowded yet not so well managed roastery. there are queues everywhere and they all moved slowly, especially at the table serving area where guests took their time and at the takeaway bar where there’s only one barista working - kudos to the lady btw. it took 30 minutes to have my nitro tonic ready. the drink itself had a strong taste of bitterness from the orange peel while the coffee was light - it wasn’t the best tonic drink I’ve had but it was quite pleasant. other than that, there’s plenty to choose from: beans, drinks, chocolate, cookies, pastries, etc.

The slowest coffee service in a coffee shop I’ve been in, you seriously need to invest in staffing this is unbelievable! This espresso macchiato took more time than a proper main dish preparation

Love the coffee aroma in the air and the cheesecake there! It could be a bit noisy tho if you were looking for a chill and quiet place —- they are roasting coffee after all

One of the best coffees in Hamburg 🙌🏻 the staff is very friendly and they have english menus. Only reason I am not giving a 5star is that their range of food, specially vegan, is very limited. Otherwise no complains.

Great coffee roastery next to the Miniature Museum and the Dungeons. It's quite noisy inside, as they're roasting and sorting beans in the middle of the cafe. The coffee is actually not bad. There's table service and a reasonable light menu for a quick stop. I would say it's pricey. But you're paying for the experience I guess. It's definitely a tourist spot that you do once.

Great coffee and atmosphere! We had also the vegatarian breakfast which was huge and very tasty and the salmon bagel which was also great. Service is also very nice. Only downside was that we had to wait to get a seat but this was due to Corona restrictions and the staff was very forthcoming.

I could fully enjoy the canal area by sitting inside this cafe. Friendly staff and delicious meal. You get to watch coffee beans roasting as well. Do you want to buy coffee sacks to cover your pot plats? They have it here!

There are a lot of people in the cafe and you have to wait in line. The coffee is highly recommended and the cheesecake is also good. Shops on the other end have everything from coffee beans to coffee utensils.

Have enjoyed this coffee from the grocery store several times but was great to have it at the place they roast the beans! Also had an amazing house made waffle with cherries on top which was soooo tasty! Was definitely worth the long line to get in. Check this place out for sure!

Very few options for food if you are pregnant, except for cake. Vegetarian breakfast includes two miniature rolls and a decent croissant. It is also supposed to include vegetables but they were simply inedible! How long do cucumbers have to sit out to turn hard and stale?!?! Unacceptable for the price. Coffee was good and service was very friendly and patient.

Staff were super friendly everyone spoke English, coffee smell was amazing! you can buy beans or ground coffee from the shop inside and many more things. a must visit even if you are not a big coffee fan. Location is lovely next to the bridge.

Feels more like a coffee factory more than a coffee bar. Their espresso is made with mix of robust a and arabica . Not my favorite but some might like it. The location is great and the smell of freshly roasted coffee rightly draws people in.

The Kaffeerösterei is a great place to get coffee either as whole beans or ground on-the-spot according to your brewing needs. The selection of coffee is excellent and there are a few widely enjoyed roasts such as Il Gusto which are excellent for espresso type beverages. The place also has its own cafe (serving their Il Gusto coffee) either for takeaway or sitting in. The staff is friendly and helpful for your questions, recommendations or service needs (e.g. Grinding).

Coffee was great and they have oat milk as an option for those who are lactose intolerant. I recommend trying their waffles as well! Just a little busy so it takes a while to place an order.

Variety will conquer any gourmet. Personally, I couldn't make a choice for an hour Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the Cafe as it was too crowded 😕

Nice industrial-style cafe with generous seating area. Coffee was great. However the food was disappointing - an overpriced Açaí Bowl came with 1/4 of a strawberry, 4 blue berries, 2 banana slices, and 2 kiwi slices which weren’t even advertised….. Description reads better than what you get

Easily one of the best cafes I have been to! The service was first class, really friendly staff, the decor was really special and the drinks themselves were wonderful! I took 20 students with me and every single one of them loved the experience! Now I'm going to visit again with my family...

Just by entering this coffee shop you can already tell that they’re an experienced shop. I recommend going to this place for a little coffee break and if you wish add a small dish to it. I had the brownie with vanilla ice cream and it was fabulous, though my coffee was a bit too much. (i took the fruity nitro coffee and the flavors took over the actual coffee) Also its very loud in there since its basically a roasting factory inside but other than that its a really cool place.

Little disappointing, took very long to get coffee, and there were no sitting spots outside. However, the coffee was good and the service was friendly. I‘ll try it again.

Very delicious coffee and cakes. Especially the waffles are amazing - which I got recommended by a dear friend. We arrived roughly an hour before closing time, so the queue was quite short and we did not have to wait. But I've heard that earlier the day you might have to wait a while. Unfortunately we couldn't visit the shop, but I really wanted to.
