Short
version:
The
EMS
training
with
Richard
is
really
a
game
changer,
I
can
only
warmly
recommend
it
to
everyone.
I
saw
the
first,
very
motivating
results
in
a
very
short
time
and
feel
significantly
fitter
and
full
of
energy.
What
comes
together
here
is
competence
and
absolutely
authentic
joy
in
personal
training.
The
overall
package
is
worth
every
cent
here.
Long
version:
I
liked
sports
as
a
child
-
oh
well.
I
tried
different
things,
but
the
spark
of
movement
just
wouldn't
come.
Unfortunately,
this
is
not
an
optimal
starting
point
if
you
sit
a
lot
at
work
and
so
at
some
point
you
began
to
have
back
pain
that
was
not
helped
by
a
new
mattress,
massages
and
the
occasional
longer
walk.
So
I
came
across
EMS
(Google:
“Exercise
for
back
pain,
little
time”)
and
a
trial
lesson
at
formwerk.
The
back
pain
was
permanently
resolved
after
three
training
sessions.
Afterwards,
slowly
and
carefully
measured
suggestions
for
nutrition
were
added
to
the
training,
so
that
after
another
three
months
I
am
now
faced
with
a
visibly
changed
reflection.
I
still
find
it
amazing
myself
and
the
key
for
me
is
simply
this:
Richard
knows
exactly
what
he's
doing.
And
he
can
also
answer
any
question.
Even
though
I
would
have
previously
considered
myself
not
to
be
completely
ignorant
about
nutrition,
I
gained
some
new
insights
in
the
discussions.
And
what
about
sports
now?
Of
course,
I
still
do
it
every
week
and
training
has
actually
become
important
to
me
because
it's
fun
and
the
effort,
especially
when
reaching
one's
own
performance
limits,
is
rewarded
with
the
good
feeling
of
fitness
and
satisfaction.
I've
now
gotten
to
know
and
appreciate
the
other
trainers,
and
everyone's
training
is
great.
